Most disappointing and disgusting experience of my life. We were celebrating my friends birthday, it was a beautiful surprise and the bartender absolutely lost it! She was so inappropriate, screaming at guests, threatening to assault us. Devastated for my friends family who spent so much money organizing an amazing evening for a deserving young woman. Will never be back.
A good friend of my family invited me for a remembrance celebration for her Father. He was a long time member. They really took the time and effort to show him respect & Honor.
Would never recommend this hall. Have been to 2 events here and have had a terrible experience both times. My friend threw her parents 25th wedding anniversary here and they didn’t even have a proper bar tender she literally admitted she’s not a bar tender and they didn’t have anyone else to put on. The women running the place was so rude at the end of the night rushing us out and making rude remarks the entire time we were cleaning up about how we should have started earlier. Then I just went to a birthday party and the bartender threw a nutty multiple times and was screaming at so many guests and threatening them. And again the women running the place was so rude and was making up stories to try and say we breached our contract so they could try and kick us out. And then as we were leaving the bartender continued to scream at guests as they were leaving. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced would 100% not recommend this hall
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HALL. The bartender tried to fight multiple people from our party, screamed profanities and was threatening customers. She was 100% on drugs and it was a terrifying experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Save yourself the time and money and go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
DO NOT RENT THIS HALL. Never mind the fact that there is visible mold in the kitchen area the management and bartender seem miserable and have no customer service skills what so ever. Unless you want your party cut hours short for a made up reason since the bartender wants to go home- do not even consider this place.
My grandson needed closer in his father's death, really couldn't do much when he passed due to covid. So we decided on a celebration of life & held it here this past Saturday. Place was very clean, staff was over & beyond there responsibility. There were several different options as rooms & availability. Couldn't ask for more. If you're planning any kind of an event give this place a call. Very happy with everything.
Very nice location with a modern banquet hall. Staff was very helpful to answer my questions. They even have an outdoor covered area available for rent.
I had my wedding here due to Covid Restrictions in Massachusetts and it was the best decision I ever made! The staff were amazing the outside venue was perfect!! My day was amazing. The bar tender we had really outdid herself she went above and beyond for my wedding guest. Thank you Derry-Salem Elks!!
We had a mercy meal for my aunt's mother at the hall it was very clean including the kitchen and restrooms . The bartender was very nice and helpful . The only reason I am not able to give 5 stars is because of the only problem we did have was the parking lot is small 10 cars tops unless you want to have people constantly have to go outside to move cars so others could come and go . But overall it was awesome
