Not one star for the clinic, one star for the NP Joel. Not a fan. Met a few others in the Salem health system who have also switched providers after seeing him to find someone else more professional and less arrogant… not surprised. When someone has a ton of openings in the system, sometimes it’s because no one wants to keep him as a provider. Sadly, this is the case here. Not a fan. Absolutely Horrible experience all around. Again, not a reflection of the clinic itself the front desk was actually quite lovely - I imagine there are doctors at this clinic who are equally professional and respectful. I hate leaving bad reviews like this, but I want to warn others to stay away from this specific person and hopefully save them some time. NEVER returning. Also, don’t bother filling out the paperwork they give you. I need to call my primary and specialists! and have all this fixed in the system. Zero stars if I could. I didn’t want to leave this review but after meeting a number of others who like me wish they knew to avoid this person… well, I had to share my experience, in case it helped others.
They might seem like the clinic of your dreams at first. And, I adore my provider. Most of the medical assistants can not relay a message properly, to your provider. Which leads to several telephone calls. Wasting days waiting for someone to reply. There's a lazy persona in the back. A lot of playing around. Not making good use of other people's time. When you're heading to surgery, it would be nice to be able to get ahold of your primary health provider. It was impossible. I dont believe that my provider correctly approached my illness. Maybe, he simply isn't qualified for my needs. It is seemingly a younger generation that do not listen to the elderly people. The front desk, really has their job cut out for them. They have to deal with the constant telephone calls. Plugged up system. I give up. But, thanks anyway.
Dr Brueckner is a very compassionate doctor. From my first appointment I noticed that she was really listening and interested in finding solutions for my medical challenges
I was in and out in 13 minutes. Wow! The check in ladies were great. The medical assistant was super empathetic and the nurse practitioner was very professional. This urgent care blows the other in woodburn out of the water. I am so glad I dont have to endure the rude treatment and long wait at legacy anymore. Thank you.
I was dying.....couldn't breath ...8 minutes I came through the door the doctor...who was a woman...if you can still say that...she was hot.....she opened my breathing lung....and I was so happy to take in oxygen again ...God bless the.....or allah..shiva...well thank you salem medical clinic....service fast...knowledgeable....the best
You're a health clinic but won't see someone who needs care. So you make them wait 2 hours in pain so your neighbor can see them. So professional...
Dr. Lee was very kind, informative, and thurough in his examnation of me. And, this was my first initial visit and I was very pleased with this Clinic. .
The best clinic I've ever been to in any state. Everyone was great.
Appointment was on time. No waiting.
Good service thus far. Plenty bilingual staff.
