Their hours posted say they close at 10:00 pm as does it online. It’s currently 9:35 PM, the doors are locked and I’m watching all my clothes still turning in the dryer. Why would you walk past a running dryer to lock up when you close at 10:00 PM. Absolutely ridiculous
Edit. Idk who the new woman is on Sunday nights but to say at 905 dont start a wash when i do t need to dry and it takes 30 mins is crazy. I could dry still and be done by 10pm. Bring back the other gentleman. Prices are decent. You can save money on certain days on certain washers. They do raffles daily, weekly, and monthly so the more you go and stay loyal to that location you have a chance to win free money on the card they use to add money onto. Anywhere from $15 to around $80. Recentlyinstalled all brand new washers and dryers. And open till 10pm, which helps when you work and don't have the time to go during the day. I'd give it a 5 star review but they don't have any top loader options for wash anymore and they removed the cheaper dryers that were already of the large size for all industrial sized ones and that means the dryers are now more expensive. But I'm not the one trying to run a business so can't blame them I guess .
Been cleaning my laundry with Salem Laundry since a year before their downtown location was closed. I miss the downtown location!! However I will say that their employees are nice and keep it clean! Sometimes your card wins the Laundry Lotto and your wash and dry is free!! Three thumbs up from me and whoever lent me theirs!!
It's very clean! Lots of different size washing machines to choose from! They also have deals on pricing on certain days and a lottery drawing! The attendant is great! The price is right and its convenient…No loud music or television blaring in the background just peaceful and quiet! Bring a book :
Absolutely wonderful customer service! I had a malfunction with a machine it happens to the best of them and I filled out the paper for a refund and the next time I came in they had refunded my card! They also hold a raffle and give customers back money they spent if they win. Truly a kind thing to do that they absolutely don't have to do at all but they do. They have tons of machines and its always very very clean. They even have random days where machines are discounted! Highly recommend trying this place!
Fast clean affordable and efficient. Wish there was more parking and accessibility at all locations, some are kind of hard to get into with a minivan especially inner city communities. I will say that they have locations close enough to each other if one is too busy the other is usually less crowded.
No fault of the laundromat, but use caution. I have had things stole from me twice in three years. Very disappointed that people would take things out my clean laundry. Other than that, the place is mostly clean and the gentleman who works evenings is very friendly.
Very pleasant experience. Only in town for a graduation, but our airbnb not very good. Washer & dryer pitiful. Dryer doesn't dry or provide heat at all. Sooo glad to Google this laundry mat that was extremely close, clean, and very organized.
Not the cleanest. Perhaps if they hired a day person it may help. Also..was 2 miutes late getting in to take my clothes out of dryer and someone was very impatient and removed my clothes . Found them scatterd in 2 baskets and on the counter. Seriously. Couldnt wait 2 minutes?
Has been closed more than a month supposedly to install new machines. The date keeps changing on the sign on the door. Is it ever going to reopen?
