We all have bad days. But the level of rudeness is ridiculous here and it’s always the same older, taller, bald, dude with a close cropped beard. If a paying customer is greeting you and saying please and thank you, you could at minimum acknowledge or god forbid reciprocate.

Great bourbon selection. Buffalo Trace on the shelf. Limited releases near the front.

We all had our favorite drinks. Good prices as well.

The customer service is trash and the guy who owns the store acts how will Smith would if he owned a liquor store and also looked like he treats his customers the same way his wife disrespects him I tried to show the guy respect because that's the first thing you are supposed to do is respect someone first and foremost as a human being

Convenient because it's close to where I live, but the prices are a lot more expensive than most, if not all liquor stores in the area. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Can be hard to visit around Rush hour due to north Street traffic.

This packy needs to calm the heck down on their prices. They are too high, for everything from Budweiser to a piece of candy at the counter. Every time I go in there and it is not too often I know they will get me for 2, 3, even 5 dollars over other stores. The store is always empty and dusty probably because everyone is going elsewhere. 18 pack of Mich Ultra here is $19.99 anywhere else it is $16.99. The owner is rude. Cold as ice and his dog needs to be groomed.

I'm from out of town and visit Salem every year, when I'm here I always stop at Salem liquors. I remember when I first arrived in Salem years ago, it was the staff here that welcomed me, gave me directions and showed me the best places to go. It's always different staff when I return but they all treat me the same and go above and beyond with customer service and that's why they get my repeat business. Many places sell liquor but it's your experience with the staff that dictates if you'll return or not. They have a huge selection of alcohol, reasonably priced with many seasonal items that are constantly changing so be sure to check them out.
