We all know about Salem's. It's a hit or miss because of Salem's inability to consistently create a good meal. The Winter Haven Salem's on corner of Cypress gardens boulevard and highway 17 was my latest gamble at receiving a good meal at Salem's. Much much to my pleasure the chicken bowl that I received was delicious. The cook got it right this time. I was completely surprised. I could go back there at 4:00 and I can assure you though it will taste completely different. And of course they get my order wrong and didn't hear me order jalapeno poppers. They did however get my milkshake and large drink portion of my order right and why wouldn't they? A 32 oz Coke cost $5. Yes folks a 32 oz drink that you can get for $0.85 a circle k cost $5 at Salem's. A 8 oz chocolate shake cost $6 Yes folks. I said $6 for an 8 oz shake. You can get a 32 oz shake at dairy Queen for $5. never have I once left this location and not have my order wrong the taste of the food was wrong or I'm getting over charged for items. Stay clear of this one

It is an excellent option for late night meal if you are visiting Legoland. Close to all nice hotels. They got a big variety from wings to burgers to rice to subs.Food: 4/5

Winter Haven fast food is typical, Quick and convenient at the very best. Prices aren't as good as they were and the quality depends on many factors including time of day, number of customers, etc. But customer service is a direct result of the owner or top management first and foremost. I say that to say this; I recently visited Salem's and was unsatisfied with the meal. Today I was invited back to try the #3 fish and shrimp with black beans and rice including the fried oysters again and the meal was delicious. Its been my experience with any business that cares enough to right a mistake made, also cares about the product or service they are offering. Today the food was great as im sure it is much of the time. But if by chance or circumstance you find it off par you can bet this Salem's top notch staff will rectify the issue leaving you impressed and pleased.

Salems is an excellent restaurant with wonderful food and great service. The wigs are always fresh. The grilled chicken  is an excellent meal for a great price. The workers are always smiling and attentive to your needs. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.Food: 5/5

Best Place to Eat at in Winterhaven Florida  It Offers a Drive thru or dine in & the selection is super amazingly awesome !!!! Bon Appetite everyone Cheers to a great meal  The Tiplia is Awesome with the Greek salad with a side of potato salad & homemade Greek dressing is Awesome

I order Shrimp rice and beans paid $34.44 for my meal for Salem Fresh Eats to send this to me….No rice and my shrimps are swimming in black beans….worst place to order food from and I need management to respond to this with an explanationFood: 1/5

The shrimp bowl ,veg, with rice n blkbeans are to die for!!!  So yummy!!  Spicy but not Hot.  It's just right!  Season's are on point. Must try! Will return.

First time coming here. Food was hot and fresh, def was made to order. However, only giving 3 stars because it is pricey for the food. Expect to pay $10-$15 easily for a meal. Wasn’t expecting the price for the food. You can get a lot more for your money elsewhere.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
