Owned and operated by Elizebeth Harmon, MD, a board-certified ob/gyn specialist, SWC offers comprehensive gynecologic care for all the stages of a woman’s life.

Dr. Harmon is the most caring doctor I have ever had. She earnestly listens, truly cares and is committed to find a solution and treatment. Plus she is excellent physician !
It was an amazing experience. While I went in with one issue---Dr Harmon treated me as a whole individual, solving problems one after another and getting to the bottom of all my health issues. She is a creative thinker and a problem solver. I highly recommend the clinic and the staff there.
I had some issues with a previous appointment and was able to get on Dr. Harmon's waitlist; I was able to come in much sooner than I expected! In one visit I felt more cared about than all the visits at the clinic I've been going to my entire life. I'm looking forward to receiving care here.
Very unhappy with my experience here. Will not be returning. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because the lab tech I saw was an absolute joy. She was the only redeeming factor for the clinic. Here are the reasons I'm unhappy with the care... 1. Unclear directions. From getting paper work to fill out, to gowning, to when I could leave. 2. Paperwork. I took time to fill out the paperwork and answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. The Doctor didn't look at it once but asked me every question that was on it. So she could put it into the computer. 3. I had an issue I wanted to address. Instead of walking me through what it could be the Doctor just told me it was the horrible thing and left it at that. Never once asked if I had a question or asked about history. If she would have she would have realized it was VERY unlikely that was the case. And SURPRISE it wasn't what she thought and I still have no answers. 4. Everyone was so soft spoken. I had to ask, 'can you repeat that' at least 10 times while in the room. It instilled zero confidence in me to trust them. Thanks for reading and don't waste your time.
Dr. Harmon is AMAZING! I highly recommend her. She is thorough, takes her time with you, great at answering your questions and concerns.She has such heart and is supportive. She is one of my favorite Docs for sure.
This place has to be the worst doctor of all time… I had tons of blood work done and never got a phone call with results one time I had to beg the receptionist who is a hateful cow for no reason for my results who I could hear making fun of me to other staff members when I would ask. She had all my appointments scheduled wrong. I was supposed to go in for an ultrasound which I had got text reminders for til I called and found out there was no such appointment made she just lied for something to do. Rude staff and not helpful what so ever. Me and my husband are first time parents and they done nothing to help ease our mind or just be decent people. I do not recommend this place to expectant mothers because they don’t care about you or your pregnancy just how much money they can make. They want you in and out and don’t take time to listen to your concerns or questions and don’t care to schedule your appointments right
Like others, I would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Harmon herself is kind and provides good care, staff and entire system for referrals is terrible. -Referred for ultrasound in March- even though I received the results via portal from radiologist the day of the appointment, took 1month to get review from SWC office! Despite me calling weekly and questioning how I got results and they did not, was told repeatedly they did not receive them via fax yet. Fax?? Mine were digital and if I told you I already had the results wouldn’t that prompt SWC to maybe call the radiologist and question why they hadn’t received a copy… nope. -Was supposed to have a recheck ultrasound at 6 weeks per Dr. … SWC did not call in referral until around 10 weeks. It was 12 weeks by the time all was said and done. -Asked to speak to office manager multiple times, never returned my call. -Asked at least for the email to office manager, told he was going on vacation and wouldn’t give it to me. -Now waiting on referral again to ultrasound for stressed out first time mom early ultrasound…per Dr on Friday was being sent over and to call to make appointment following Mon. / Tues. Call Monday and of course the referral was not sent. When I checked with SWC was told it could take up to a week for it to be sent!!! For any regular ultrasound I can understand this. For something that you had to squeeze me in next day for ie. fairly urgent… that answer is absolutely absurd. When I explained this to receptionist, seemed like she could care less. She said “I’ll take a message that you called”. Who are you giving the message to?? You’re the receptionist, just get it done. I have never dealt with such lack of consideration, inefficiency and incompetence in a medical office staff. Will not be back after ultrasound which really is a shame because I enjoyed Dr. Harmon but the rest of the staff is beyond awful. Except the new person I have spoke to a few times the last few weeks. She is helpful and kind, hopefully she realizes this office is terrible and gets out quick
I am definitely not Dr. herdendez’s biggest fan. In my opinion she is rude, doesn’t care about you, and by no means took any time to listen or care about me.literally every time I schedule an appointment she tells me to just go to urgent care because she doesn’t want to deal with my issues even though they aren’t urgent care worthy. A doctor is supposed to be someone you trust, not someone you hate going to because they clearly don’t care about you. Since day one she has had an issue with me even though I did nothing to her. She makes snarky rude comments and rushes you through whatever you’re saying and isnt thorough. She is trying to get through the appointment as quickly as possible every time I’ve seen her. To me she is the most unprofessional and worst doctor I have ever had. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.
I find Dr. Harmon to be present and authentic. She listens deeply giving her a wider scope of patients needs. Very refreshing. I also learned a lot from her. A sense of humor is always welcome.
Dr. Harmon seemed very interested in resolving my health situation. She is knowledgable and related very well what my health needs are and how she planned to address them. The lab folks were also helpful is seeking out the most economical way to process the lab work and conveying that information to me along with the cost before taking the samples so that there were no surprises. They also got me scheduled in rec time. My initial experience was fabulous.
