Stayed for Christmas! The hotel was wonderful as was the staff. Roaring fire and multiple decorated trees on the property made it feel very fun. Had lunch at the Attic, which had awesome views of the river. Dinner at the Dining Room was also excellent. Our waitress Didi was great. Definitely recommend staying a night or two.Rooms: 5/5
We recently got married in the Cliffside room at Salish Lodge and we cannot recommend Salish enough. Everyone at the lodge went above and beyond to make sure our stay and our wedding day went as perfectly as possible. The food was delicious. the wine was flavorful, the entire building was clean, and the view was breathtaking. Emily did a fantastic job answering our questions and ensuring our wedding day was exactly what we had in mind. All of our guests knew that they were in great hands with the excellent staff running the reception. Salish offered a wonderful wedding experience that will last a lifetime.
Very nice place to stay for a few days. I stayed only a night. The lodge feeling is definitely there. Beautiful wooden panels and designs. Customer service was great. While we waited to check in to get our room they offered complimentary drinks during our wait without hesitation. The restaurant had nice views and included somewhat of a show with their own made Honey. You must purchase the Honey at the gift shop. It goes well with there biscuits with butter. For breakfast I had coffee that included a spread of different sugars, chocolate, creamer or whipped cream. I used them all for my 2 cups of coffee I had. The pesto mushroom omelet was delicious. I would go back for more. The falls is walking distance. Use the Valet service. It will make your stay a lot easier. They are very nice too.
The perfect getaway for our anniversary! We stayed for 2 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed Club 268 highly recommend. From a room with a stunning view, multiple trips to the spa soaking pools and sauna/steam rooms, as well as an in-room facial treatment and other spa treats, we were able to get the much needed relaxation we were hoping for. Outside of the room and spa, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and happy to see us! Gwen was very lovely, and fun to talk with. She and Vicente gave us what we call the “star treatment,” with a delicious pizza and beers with a view of the falls for lunch. Makenna was so sweet and fun to chat with, as well as a great server during the wine tasting later in the Club 268 lounge. And Piper was an amazing waitress during our dinner, from rose petals on our table and champagne to celebrate our day, to a private booth with a view, we couldn’t have asked for more. We didn’t catch the names of the ladies at the front desk or spa, but they were also lovely!! We will definitely return, and are so glad we live less than an hour away!
This is a beautiful retreat. The falls are fantastic with a fun hike to the bottom for the adventurous. The rooms are lovely - the fireplaces in the rooms really add something special and the showers are great. I recommend checking out The Attic for great views and fun drinks. The restaurant was disappointing and overpriced, but everything else was perfect.
My husband treated me to "The Dining Room" at the Lodge for my birthday for a memorable luncheon. Everything about it was 5 star including the view of the falls, the excellent service, the outstanding food and the attention to detail. Note the photo of the complimentary biscuits they served and the garnishes for their delicious coffee including whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Highly recommend!
From start to finish Salish was so hospitable, great customer service right at entering, comfy room and bed. The dining hall was absolutely spectacular with a gorgeous view, delicious food and we had a beautiful stay. The tea and snack services were amazing. Our server Damon for dinner and Sandy for brunch were absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be back.
Incredible views, especially of waterfall. Great food, very personable staff. Try the gift shop... you'll enjoy it. We were visiting our son we're from Phoenix. If we lived there, the lodge would be our regular eatery!!Service: 5/5
268 club is a must! The included VIP lounge was such a great perk! We had an incredible time enjoying the steam room and the soaking pool before relaxing by the fire in the relaxation lounge. The view of the river and top of the waterfall was amazing! All the staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. Very relaxing and would highly recommend
Best way to do Seattle. Lodge is less than 40mins from downtown. Come back to the lodge after your day out. Service is great. The was even complimentary whiskey cider and the falls are magnificent. Plus you get to say you stayed at the "Great Northern Hotel" from Twin Peaks. It's an iconic location.Rooms: 5/5
