My go to hair care store. All of the staff is so kind and have such a great attitude and have helpful tips and tricks. Love this place!

Every time I’ve been into the Gallatin location the employees have been so helpful. I’ve had a hard time finding a flat iron. Several purchases/returns, even returning the same one twice they’ve been understanding and helpful. I’ve been a headache I know but Great place with friendly employees!

Love Sally Beauty, but not this particular store location. The person working was very helpful but she was not very warming and seemed to be very pushy and stood over me after she helped me with one of my questions about a product. Literally stood there for 3 or 4 minutes without a word being spoken between us... it was creepy. There is 1 sales associate who I personally witnessed that was eyeing two gentleman who were of Spanish/Mexican decent as they left the store like they had stole something because they came in and looked for clippers. I am all for loss prevention and everything but this lady didn’t give any other of the Caucasian customers a second look after she checked out their purchases and handed them their receipt .

I love this store! I get my nail needs here other than amazon. I just wish they had a wider variety of gel polishes and a lot more colors. Great quality and great customer service.

Like thier products but after the rude treatment by one of the management I will NEVER return. I asked her for help and she lead me there but then proceeded to to stand next to me pretending to straighten items and then followed me back over to the counter to check out. She was not the cashier she was a manager who treated me like I came in just to steal something! This was my first time even coming in the Gallatin store but she acted like she knew me and knew I was planning on stealing and had an attitude that even bothered to speak to her.

Staff isn't very friendly and prices are not cheap. They  have deals all the time but with conditions. They close too early. One day my wife wanted to buy something and when we arrived just a few minutes after 7 this place was already closed.

Joeann the manager is the best employee here! Always helping everyone and very understanding! I love this place !
