Just left the store and the 2 girls that were working tonight were 100% on que with their customer service. But as is customary for me....I didn't get their names. My bad. But they know who they are. They were closed but let me in to shop. I knew what I wanted but they still said, "take your time, no problem." Now days...that's pretty awesome and quite frankly, unheard-of. They were very engaging and friendly and talked to me the whole time I was in there. Professional. And they were actually happy!!!! Sweet Lord! How refreshing! Keep up the good work girls! You have my vote. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! They definitely deserve one!
So, I get to the store at 5:22pm and there is a sign on the door, "Sally's will be back in 30 minutes @ 6pm". Then a black truck pulls up next to me. A woman gets out and heads to the door. I see her pull out keys so I ask because I'm standing outside "are you going to be open now"? She looks right at me, ignores my question, and proceeded to pull the door shut an lock it. So rude! Now, I'm sitting here outside the store which is supposed to be open until 8pm waiting for this person to come open the door. I just got off work, I don't have time for this. Terrible customer service!
I normally don’t shop and this store. And won’t be back. I’ll make the drive out to St. Cloud when I need something. When I walked in there was two girls sitting in the back talking. Never once said anything to me. There was also a girl stocking the shelves with her hood up. As I’m looking at hair dye. A man walks in and the girls acknowledge him and he goes to the back with them. They’re all taking. I had found what I had needed, and went ti the front. It took over 5 minutes for someone to finally come up to the front and check me out. there was one other person in the store so they were not busy at all. They were too concerned about taking with themselves and looking at their phones. As I was walking out, one of the girls from the back walks out with the man that had walked in earlier and she goes “you have a customer to check out” to the girl that was trying ti stock the shelves. and then walks away. Doesn’t say anything to the custom
The employees are more concerned with talking to each other or playing on their phones than anything else in the store. There was product all over not on shelves but the girls sat on the floor talking the whole time to each other. What happened to teaching these young adults some work ethic? I am seriously concerned for the future of our world because this is seeming to be the norm everywhere. I walked around the store multiple times back and forth from the products I was debating about getting and not once did either of them ask if I needed help. I have a feeling the owners of the store will be facing significant drops In profit along with a lot of product disappearing.

Came to get a nail polish and was told it was in shipment in the back. Was told to come back and they could get it for me. Came back in a hour and they told me they wouldn’t go back and grab it for me. Costumer service was more than awful and completely rude and unprofessional both times speaking to them. I took Time to come back to the store after I was told I could get it if I came later. Me and my girlfriend girl friend will never be back.
Nice clean store. Staff that has been working the last 2 times I’ve gone there have been very unfriendly or at least appear unapproachable. Being a professional who specializes in hair color, I rarely come in here unless I’m buying brushes, etc. however I find it very disheartening that people are constantly given bad advice for color. I’ve worked at a Sally’s not this location and even had one of the other employees at that location who was a licensed cosmetologist give bad color advice. If you don’t know what you are talking about when it comes to color please just tell your customer that. Other than that this location does fine.
This is where you want to go if you want orange hair for St. Patrick's Day. I originally went in to lighten my winter hair to a summer blond and after 3 trips in the same day and purchasing several products based on the manager's recommendations I am now sitting on my couch with orange straw hair. In case you were wondering....if they give you bad advice you still have to pay for the supposed repair products since they do not give out "free product". Buyer beware...
Usually this is a great store! I wasn't approached at all to see if I needed help which I did...
Clerk was very helpful with my questions & I always find what I went for. Just wish their prices were a little bit lower.
