I come here yeah yeah I get what I need. I don’t ask the workers for help cus most of the time they don’t even no what to do. BUT what’s up with them not giving us bags anymore.. I had to carry 7 things in my arms because if I said yes to a bag I had to pay for it??? And also I walked in and 2 young workers were LOUDLY talking trash about other locations. Shouldn’t be doing that in front of customers bro.
From my experiences, this location goes above and beyond! I always get exceptional service from Delaney and Caleigh --who I believe is newer but could be the manager. The employees should be paid much more for how helpful and knowledgeable they are! In addition, this store is always super well stocked compared to the Novi and Canton locations I used to frequent.
I am notorious for coloring my hair. I have shopped at this location for years. The staff has definitely gone down hill. No one ask if you need help, no knowledge of products and staff looks annoyed/bothered if you have a question. Seems like they couldn't care less about their job. Sad because they use to have great staff. I'll be driving the extra miles to go to the Canton location instead.
There is only one person that works there that seems to care about their job and I have only been fortunate enough to see her once. I'm in there about once a week and anytime I asked a question the girls seem annoyed or have no idea what they are talking about. Learn about your product or at least be nice when your customers are asking questions, even if you're are unsure of the answer.
I haven't been writing reviews lately, but this store has been the worst store this seson. I would rather drive the extra miles for better group of staff. Whats a shame is the staff is different every time but the same terrible service. I dyed my hair platinum this year and always looking for products, my experience here vs. Other locations is a disaster. I won't be visiting this store again. not helpful, poor knowledge base, flat affect, tired acting , no ideas , trashy attitude .
Sherry was a pleasure to work with. I dyed my own hair at home for the first time and I really needed some direction. She was so knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed without immediately recommending the most expensive accessory products. Great staff, clean store, great selection.
Management and staff are always attentive and very helpful when finding products or needing recommendations. The store is very clean and well kept would highly recommend this location the friendly staff keeps me coming back.
Sally's is a great beauty store although they kind of have a monopoly on the market. They have great products that work better than retail stores. They're prices vary depending on the quality of the items, however, they seem to be reasonable comparatively. This particular store is clean and well organized, but I gave four stars though because of the customer service at this one.
Horrible customer service, very rude, the short haired lady is very rude and mean. If I could leave no stars I would. 10/10 would NEVER recommend. This location needs new workers or to be closed down.
Staff wasn't helpful didn't look like they cared to be there. Kinda annoyed that I was asked if I want to purchase a palstic or reusable bag. I understand gettting the resusable, BUT A PLASTIC BAG?!?! WHEN I JUST SPENT MONEY IN THIS STORE ! I get companies and or people are having difficulties during this time, BUT YOU'RE TELLING ME IF I DON'T BUY A PLASTIC BAG, I HAVE TO CARRY ALL OF MY PURCHASED ITEMS IN MY HANDS OUT THE DOOR, WHICH I DID, NOW IT LOOKS LIKE I STOLE PRODUCTS! CAN YOU SAY DESPERATE AF RIGHT?!?! Would of been better off asking for a donation. I'll find another location.
