Over the past few months I have shopped at Sally maybe 3 times for various items. Each time the employees were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even my kids during our last visit mentioned how great the folks we interacted with were.
Will not be shopping here again..First, out of so many products, then I ask a question to a sales person they have no clue. Then I stand waiting at the register for a very long time while sales person sees me and continues to stock nail polish shelf. Finally, I ask if they can ring me up. Only to be told if I want a bag I need to pay for it. 40 dollars worth of items and need to pay for a bag? Lost a customer, bad customer service and charges on bags. Surprised no check out fee?, Lol
Terrible customer service. I bought a ear piercing gun but realized after getting home that I needed cartridges to go inside the gun, which the lady helping us never mentioned. Then I tried to return the gun and they said they wouldn’t and it was final sale even when I wasn’t told. They were rude, unapologetic, and didn’t know what a teasing comb even was. Additionally most of their store is out of stock. This store is usually my favorite but after having 3 rude employees I was upset. They didn’t know when shipments were coming in and didn’t offer any Information.
I like that they have an exchange policy. Bought something on the bogo sale. Come to find out i already had one of the polish colors so i came to exchange it. I still had to pay half price on the new one. Why cant they trade it right across?
Very poor customer service and very unprofessional altogether. Went up to the cashier and had to ask twice about an in store product because she was very short and rude to the point of going to show she obviously didn’t care to answer any questions I had simply about hair dye the first and second time. After having to awkwardly ask a THIRD time if she would please come over to the isle and show me which products Would be most beneficial to what I was looking for, she passive aggressively answered my question. I said thank you she didn’t say anything back and went back to the register. This lady comes back and said VERY loudly, “ control your son from grabbing things or get him out of the store now” my son was not doing anything wrong at all. He was grabbing the brushes and then putting them back in place, kids grab things but I was not allowing my son to be destructive in any way. Probably should’ve had him more so in arms length but he was still in my eyesight down the same isle and I knew exactly what he was doing and I did not feel like I was in the wrong for allowing just that. Don’t remember the lady’s name, if I had to guess it chances are her name was probably Karen ‍ Some assistant manager lol.
Good selection of products but always check your receipt! They will post signs around the store claiming discounts or 'buy one, get one' deals, and then when you go to pay the register won't give you the sale price. It's happened the last two times I've gone in and if you go back later they will argue with you about it. Also, a lot of the staff that work here are stuck up rhymes with witches.
I knew exactly what I wanted but they were out. It took me 20 minutes to figure out what would work as well. I ended up getting different brand and different product all together. I hope it works and doesn't mess up my hair.
I ordered some things online in March. I did not receive all the items that I PAID for. I have sent 4 emails, and have tried calling the so called "customer service" #.....with no response. At this point I am so frustrated. All I want is the item I paid for or a refund!!!
The employees are so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately they are out of a lot of product at this location. The company has also switched to paper bags that there is an extra charge for I guess.
either wear a mask or don’t, don’t have it halfway down your face then be rude to customers when they ask to you pull it up. great products
