I came here to buy hair extensions. The saleslady was so helpful and explained the different options. She helped me pick the best color for my hair and then showed me the perfect dye to help match it even better. She set me up with all the supplies I needed so I was able to make a customized halo hairpiece. Thank you!
I always find exactly what I am looking for in this store. Not sure why some complain about store supply when many various businesses had hard time getting everything during craziness of Covid which made it challenging. Ladies are so helpful each and every single time I go there and I have been going to this store for years now. I am really happy that this store is still in my neighborhood and that it survived rough few years when many sadly had to close their doors. Thank you very much for everything you do!
They charge you for a bag for your things! I don’t believe they charge I believe those 2 Mexican girls just wanted to charge me like I don’t have a choice! That is tacky and unprofessional! I just put my thing in a bag I already had. Poor sale experience! The lady did not understand textures and did not know anything about the products in the store. She kept saying another person my race bought the product so it must be good. I do not buy products based on another sale they had with someone my race! How dumb is that! She brought me a product that was for all types of hair. Everyone’s hair is different and you can’t use a general product for all hair! I will not return to this store! I will go to a beauty supply store!
I was in this Sally on Saturday, Nov 20th sometime around 12pm or little later. Old Orchard, Skokie. There was a salesperson in the store who was the most horrific b** you could imagine. She seemed to have a penitentiary mindset. Whoever owns this place needs to get rid of her. She was the most rude, disgusting representation of a much loved store. Please pay attention to who you hire. We spend our money in these stores, we don't come begging with our hands out. Please train your people to have respect and manners. WORSE I've EVER encountered.
Been going since they opened Used to have everything I needed Now they're always out of stock on many items especially in nail care files buffers polish top coats. Low stock on hair color. This is not a one time thing it is constant! Sally's needs to get their ducks back in a row! Slove your distribution issues and get your stores properly stocked
09/25/2033 1:22pm I wish I could remember the person but it was the first time some really had great knowledge and helped me selecting hair color and product. I was very impressed, and what she advised was prefect.
It's been years since I last went into a Sally's & now I remember why. I just don't like the supply store atmosphere combined with the not THAT cheap prices. Sure, I'd drop by for hair coloring supplies maybe, but they don't have good prices or selection on nail polish & a horrible selection of hair care. You can probably buy cheaper hair tools online.
actually if i have any thing to shop i use to go on this location 9440 Skokie blvd. but today i went over there i purchased a stuff went to checkout. but the store manager over there i don't know she was tired of her job she was little rude with me because i asked her 2/3 questions & she got irritated . not satisfied totally disappointed. because if your customer needs answers from you dosen't matter how many times they ask you have to reply until they get satisfied.
Poor Service, I walked in w/my BF, the two Mexican ladies didn't say HI or can we help you. Both of them were standing in the hair color isle, still no Hi or can I help you, they totally ignored us! My BF finally said in Spanish, can we get some help please, the 1st lady said what do you need, I tell her she walks me over to the product then walks away. I go to check out, my BF asked the 2nd lady about razors, she starts to help him but the other 1st lady jumps in and takes over. So I'm checking out and the 2nd lady helps me, doesn't say a WORD to me, she's all mousey and quite. I will NEVER go back here again!!!! Very disappointed!!!!
i like sally, but there sales in the niles stor she buther when I change some things. and i went to chicago stor she was verey nice with me and she does not say NO for everything i was asking her like another lady for swich she sid NO how if i say No pay mony just get free today .
