Was there Saturday, 11/12/22 , they didn't have what I wanted, was leaving as the heavy set manager was coming in, I said thank you, she apparently didn't hear me and my daughter heard her say under her breath "yeah you're welcome " with a nasty look on her face! Even if I didn't say anything, which I said thank you, a freaking manager shouldn't have an attitude with customers.... and FYI, no Sally's employees are going to be professionals, they will not be able to give you real advice on hair color and stuff, just keep that in mind, know too many people who destroyed their hair because of Sally's employees telling them what to use
I went there yesterday and I started asking question about my hair color wish you didn't have ,then they gave me two color to mix saying I will get my color, so what I got was my hair in black , and it was red , I will never go to this location again you don't have professional in the store from being a customer for years , now you loose me as a customer
I am not really the type of person to have to shop here and despite having a very odd request and needing a specific clip, the staff here has been extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they haven’t had what I was looking for but the manager still remembered me and took my info in case they get it in. Their customer service and friendliness alone earned them 5 stars.
Employees are very nice although when it comes to knowledge they are misleading and incorrect. I ruined my hair when an employee suggested I use toner with a 20 developer on my platinum blonde hair. I pay a lot of money for my hair so I thought It would be easy to tone it for the first time at home to save money.... but now I am left with orange roots and patches of orange throughout my hair. Word of advice, don’t get advice from Sally’s. Now I have to get my hair professionally fixed.
Nice for beauty supplies, but you might want to look around first other places sometimes tend to be cheaper, even after getting a Sally's Beauty Supply card.

Worker was staring us down and followed us threw the store and had a bad attitude and energy the whole experience
