they had what i wanted, i also checked online ahead of time. and found some good clearance deals on manicure items. friendly and helpful staff with quick service

I stopped in Tuesday evening and needed a bunch of things to do my hair. I asked what time they closed and the girl said in 10 minutes but to take my time. She was super helpful, sweet and patient while I grabbed everything I needed $200 worth of items and gave me some really good recommendations on conditioning products. I will definitely be back! Next time I'll pay more attention to the hours posted

The girl working today was utterly rude. I asked her a simple question and got an attitude. Like I have a license but I'm asking for your opinion since you work there. I've never had an issue until today. Then she wanted to argue with me and tell me she couldn't find me in the system when she was looking me up. Apparently she wasn't typing it correctly or maybe doing it intentionally but she finally got it after the 3rd try. I've been a customer for 14+years. Cosmoprof will ONLY have my business after today. If you don't want bothered with someone asking you a simple question then stay out of customer service.

So mixed rating here do not go to the girl with the orange hair for any advice she almost made me fry my hair off. Good thing she recommended the wrong color cause I went back and the dark haired lady manager I believe  was amazing.  And hilarious to talk to she helped me fix my hair and was so knowledgeable about the products. She really was a life saver I'm not review person but had that good of an expierience with her I had to share

Any time I have needed help and i didnt want to open the box to find out what number developer i need they have always known what one or two are best to go with. It's great to know i can go here and i can have questions and the staff is so caring and knowledgeable it's hard to find place small like this that have employees that have knowledge about the products.

I googled sallys in saver pa to find a certain product. When the girl answered the phone I asked her if this store was the saver store as it was listed as natrona heights. I don't think she fully understood me. BUT she was so busy talking to me like I was retarded that I couldn't get a word in to further explain. I am so pissed. How are they gonna help if they won't let you explain the problem? I never got to ask about the product. Thanks for NOTHING, Sallys!!!

It is now going on 10:30 I took an Uber to get there. It was supposed to open at 9 my Uber is sitting here with me waiting wow how do you not show up to open the store

Knowledgeable manager was happy to help me find the products I needed.  Also told me if they didn't do what we needed to bring them back for a refund.

They sold me a manic panic shocking blue and bleach told me it was enough starting doing my hair didn't have enough bleach ended up having to go to the store and buy more bleach then the shocking blue only stayed blue for 2 days after that it turned purple called the store asked why it did that lady was very rude and says that's just what happens ask why no one told me that when I bought it her reply was if we told you, you wouldn't have bought it never going there again I'll go to ultra or somewhere that will help me get the color right

Love the place. Go here instead of drug store.something new all the time.
