The girl with the gross belly button piercing always showing doesn't know how to give correct change when paying with cash. Pretty sad a Cashier doesn't know how to give correct change back lol
I needed some small clippers to trim my dogs feet and my barber suggested I try Sally's Beauty. The evening lady suggested an Andis Slimline 2 set of electric clippers. I asked if these were guaranteed to cut dog hair and she said "Oh, yes!" I get them home and they don't cut. The next morning I tried returning them and the manager tells me they don't accept returns on clippers. I explained how the evening lady told me they were guaranteed to cut dog hair and they don't. The manager said "Well she shouldn't have told you that but we're not taking them back." Had the other lady told me that there were no returns allowed I would not have bought them despite her guaranteeing they would work. It's just not worth the risk dealing with small businesses when you can get better service thru online or big box stores.
Was not able to find a last minute xmas gift at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Went to Sally beauty supply amd the young lady Alicia helped me to find it. Glad i came hear.
The girl who helped me was very helpful and nice, I'd give her 5 stars. I give the store itself 4 stars only because the inventory isn't as great as other Sally's stores. The stores in Abq have a bigger variety but maybe it's because this store is relatively new.
Every time I go the gel nail polish shelves are never stocked. The regular polish is full but I'm not shopping for regular polish. The staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful which is nice.
Went in there with my husband and had a really bad experience. Being that it's a new store we were looking around and the lady in the front insinuated we were trying to steal when my husband approached the scissor section which was right by her. Later the same week we saw a post on fb that she had done the same to another person. It's a new store people are gonna go look around to see what you have to offer. My husband is a barber and was looking forward to having a Sally's close by but we will be shopping at a different store.
I just called to ask simple question and to see if they had my red that I liked in stock and the lady who answered was very rude and not helpful at all. She said I'd have to go to see if they had my red in stock. I don't live close to this Sally's so I'm not going to waste my gas to go see if they have what I want in stock when then can stop being lazy and go look for the brand and color. Very disappointed.
Customer service sucks! Comments "like turn off the heater" while another employee said, "what about the customers?" and the other one says, "they're not in here all day". Saying this loud enough for everyone to hear. When questioned about a price, arguing with the customer is NOT what you're suppose to do. I've been in customer service for 22 years. DESTINY'S ATTITUDE SUCKS!
I usually dont do reviews unless i get horrible customer service and everyone there has great customer service but the manager i dont know her name but she seems to be oriental is the RUDEST Person with no customer service at all... every time i go trying to get any specials she gets so mad and puts every obstacle possible to try her best not to let me take the special.
Good customer service thank you so much for your help! It’s nice to go into a store and be greeted with kindness!
