I’m going to 5 star since the manager Cindy finally got fired!!! She was always so horrible with customers. Horrible with me on so many occasions. The ladies there today, were so helpful & sweet! It felt great to go in without someone rolling their eyes at you, speaking to you like your an idiot just for asking questions and literally being just awful. I’m so happy about this! The vibe in there is changed for the better! Bad lady is gone guys you can go back anyone whose been boycotting this location because of her.
After my hair was ruined I was made aware that you guys that work there know nothing about hair then please don't make suggestions!!!!! I know gray hair is a popular thing right now for younger women but I did not want that I wanted my blonde hair
I was there Sunday. The lady with the short grey hair really has a bad attitude. I am 100% ok with you needing to do your job. I get it. Ask for what you need to ask for. Do what you need to do. But don't treat me like I'm in your way. And don't treat me like I'm annoying you when I'm getting 1 item. Thats all. Ease tqlk to this employee and tell her she need to talk to customer with some kind of niceness
Horrible service. I was in the store waiting to checkout. I heard someone talking so I thought the sales associate was with a customer. Apparently, the sales associate was sitting on the floor stocking shelves alone. 'Now, who put that there", why would someone do something so stupid" and so on... The last time I was in the store, the same woman associate was complaing to a customer about another employee who was in the office and had shut the door. " Why would he go in the back and shut the door? I have my purse in there with money in it and so on!
Wow, the franchisee needs some instruction on how to deal with the public. What a nasty woman. I've been in Sallys all over the nation and this is the first negative experience. Just teaching her basic manners would be a start.
Showed up 12 minutes before closing to a locked door. No signage about closing early , nothing. Someone just felt like closing early I guess so they did
I love the employees who are very helpful love the product but they need more stock they're okay if you want to buy one of something but if you need multiple products for your hair they don't have it
Eveytime I go in and its the older lady, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. She has the be the rudest cashier Ive ever met.
Went in and within less than 5 minutes I walked out with what I needed thanks to Julie for helping me, she was so nice
