Went In looking For Something For Dry Hair & The Lady Working Showed Me A Few Products, Recommended One That She Liked, I Chose It.. & Really Like It
I guess they might have good products but just to dye my hair the lady had me buying all kinds of stuff to find out that I didn't need my total was $59.69 and I could have gotten it professionally done for that price so I had to return it all
very easy finding the place, very friendly staff, on first note after reading others comments , - seriously , do not blame any of the hosts if you mess up your hair , nails or skin, no. 1 read directions on your packages no. 2 should be no. 1 do your research before buying this is not Walmart and dollar sore quality stuff ladies and gents . I was urged to try this place out , by family friends an relatives , this is a mature cosmetics store hair , nail, skin and other care supplies are sold here and prices range from good quality lows to good quality highs ...this is a fantastic sore for trying something new , restocking , and for the fashion beauty lover who wants to splurge a little on themselves family or friends ...I am giving a 4 star because there could be a little bit of a better selection on cheaper things for the younger girls and gents , especially teens trying new products in skin , hair and nail care , but on another note - always clean , direct service , fast lines despite being busy easy to locate products , staff try their best with product help , and man do they have some awesome hair dryers and brushes and combe kits ! hope that helps ..thanks
Store was pretty clean.. Did get some bad hair advice! I do like some of the products.Just went in there today.. Was not greated.. Worker was rude, and while I was looking at a product a worker walked right in front of me.. Never said a word! Very dissatisfied... At customer service,or lack there of. I would rather do business elsewhere,if this is how your treated.. no thank you. Unhappy!
Out of many items. Only 7 people allowed in store at one time!! . Wasn't a real pleasant visit this trip. Standing outside waiting my turn in 95 degree heat!
Arrived at 6pm and they were closed. The time on the door and online and closes at 7pm.
Danville Sally's is awesome, my first experience there was friendly and informative! Great store, great staff!
