Salon Centric

The store itself is great. The employees on the other hand are awful. They are unprofessional, don't know anything about any of the products, and are down right rude in most cases. There was one girl like 2 years ago who was great and was actually a hairdresser, so she knew her stuff. Since she left, I try to not converse with the staff and Google my questions if I have them. I try to go to Salon Centric in Natick if I can make it out that way and avoid this place because they are much better, but their stock isn't as good.

Year's ago I shoped there when I had a few salon's . stopped after few years,staff wasnt all that great. Today I had the best experience wonderful staff. I will be shoping there again .

Very unprofessional store I will never support this company the associates are not confident and can not support any information about policy or procedures and tell me I can not get paper work what can and can not be done. They are very rude and need more training on the company procedures
