I got my lashes done here by Jazz for the first time and I’m in love!!! Jazz did such a great job!! She took her time, she was very gentle and careful while working on my eyes and my lashes look so good and natural!!! This is the best application I have ever had. I can’t feel them, there is no irritation, I don’t see any glue residue, no clumping or anything they are just perfect. Definitely my permanent spa choice!

Highly recommend Couture Beauty Spa. Beautiful spa. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Superior customer service they really cater to you and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I have had. I had a full day of pampering with a massage, facial, teeth whitening, lash extensions and a makeover. I was very pleased and everyone did a phenomenal job!!! L I absolutely love love love my haircut, Kini my skin is glowing and everyone is saying I look younger and refreshed, and Jazz I’m totally obsessed with my lashes you are the best ever...I still can’t believe how natural they look!!! Thank you ladies for everything!!! You all are fantastic!  I’m telling everyone how great your Spa is! See you again soon!

I love the hair products the spa sells. I don't live close enough to the business to go in person and purchase them. I've previously ordered supplies from them and had no issue receiving them promptly.  I placed an online order on 3/6 and immediately received an automated confirmation email, the order status indicated it was "awaiting processing". On 3/7 I received a standard thank you for shopping and being a loyal customer email from the business.  However by 3/22 I hadn't received any updates on my order so I went online and to track my order,  the order status was still showing "awaiting processing". After sending several emails to the email address listed on the website as well as leaving several voicemails for the businesses phone line, I was getting frustrated.  On 3/25 I received a response to one of the emails that I'd previously sent.  In the email the owner apologized for the inconvenience and delay and noted that they'd had a tragic warehouse fire that killed 3 employees.  I was also told my order had shipped and if I didn't receive the order by Monday I should let them know.  Obviously being a compassionate human being I responded with my condolences and understood the delay in my order due to these horrific circumstances.  By 4/3 I felt I should have received the order as promised by the owner.  It is now 4/19 and I have yet to receive my order-6 weeks after placing the order, nor any further communication. I'm not going to chase down the business and receive any more false promises, I have gone to my bank and disputed the charge, as Couture Beauty has already withdrew the fund on 3/7 as expected when I placed the order, although I never received the products ordered. I completely understand delays due to Covid and tragic unexpected circumstance that arise.  The issue I have it lack of communication.  I obviously will not order any products from the company again.

I had a great experience here with Jasmine. The first time that I went was for a wash and trim , and my hair felt and looked really healthy. I later went for a light color and I truly enjoyed the process. And now that I know that she can do lashes as well, this will definitely be a home shop for me!

I had my first appointment with LaShana Dotson. She is amazing! You will not find a better stylist. She is very thorough and professional. This was my first time getting extensions. She went out of her way to ensure that I had a good experience. LaShana also is very focused on healthy hair. We discussed products/ways to make my hair healthier long term. The salon was very clean and not crowded.  She worked quickly during my appointment. Plus, my hair turned out gorgeous. I received many compliments. I definitely will go back!

I highly recommend coming here for your lashes and hair needs! Jasmine was awesome! She was on time and professional. On top of that she is very friendly and makes you feel absolutely comfortable. If you’re looking for a natural hair stylist and someone to do your lashes, go see Jasmine!

I have been going to Lashana @saloncouturebeautyspa for over 5 years now and I looooove my stylist! She is like no other!  Very talented and gifted at what she does best!  Always a clean, warm and inviting environment and I always recommend her! She never disappoints and I’m always happy with my hairstyles.

I LOVE coming to this salon!  The atmosphere is SUPERB!  LaShana has helped me to finally have very healthy looking hair.  I always receive compliments on my hair.  She is very professional and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend this salon.  I give Kini,  the Esthetician,  5 stars as well.  The facials/chemical peels I have received have been wonderful.  Thumbs up to a great salon & beauty spa!!

Got my lashes done by Jasmine and she was great. On time and professional with a comfortable environment. My lashes look so natural and just how I wanted them. I would definitely recommend!
