I actually found this place from tanning next door to them!! My past stylist quit on the spot and she didn’t give any notice!! I was totally shocked and disappointed!! I had so many appointments made in the future and having her quit was devastating! I stopped in at Salon Lorene and they were so helpful and accommodating to my needs!! I was introduced to Shannon and she has become my hair goddess!! She is very friendly and listens to what I need done to my hair and does it!!! She is totally awesome and I enjoy going in to seeing her!! The whole salon is very clean and beautiful inside!! I actually went to get consult for Balayage. Front desk was not helpful and I was waiting for 15min past my consult time. Then Katie took me over. She i very nice. Gave me good consult. While scheduling an appointment when seeing how much business I am going to give them, front desk lady got nice to me. She took my credit card information and appointments were available 2months away for me. And they refused to work extended hour if I need sooner appointment. So, I got sooner appointments in another salon who were more professional than corporate and they are ready to stay extended hour for me. I could feel the difference in the customer care right away. And now its been 2 days and I have called them multiple times to Cancel my appointments on 03/12 and 04/09 - much in advance and they are not receiving my calls or returning them. This shows how unprofessional they are and slacking they are in their Job. Because may be its their strategy to get some cancellation fee from my credit card.Service:&nbsp;Balayage

This is an amazing business! Friendly and professional staff and excellent products. I’ve seen Sandra for manicures & pedicures and the regular manicure lasts on average 12 days for me that’s with washing dishes and cleaning—excellent testament to her skills and the products this salon uses. Absolutely fantastic place to get the best hair of your life! I saw Katie for my color/highlights today, and couldn’t be happier with results. Katie is very professional, creative, skillful, meticulous, and experienced, and I highly, highly recommend her. Thank you very much Katie!

My whole family used to go to this salon and it slowly has become one of the worst we have used. Brought my daughter for a haircut, showed several pictures to make sure our stylist understood the look we were going for. My 14 year old daughter ended up with a buzzcut and some fluff on top...the staff could have cared less. They have lost a lot of their stylists and on a previous appointment I was told they could not wait till the beauty school graduation came up so they could hire more staff.  At the prices they charge you would think they are veterans. Stylists are able to take your private information from their files when they leave as well When my old stylist left she send me a letter from the new place she went to to let me know she had moved....addresses and birthdays are not safe to give to this place either. Customer service is poor but they will try to respond to poor reviews on line while doing nothing when you are in front of them.

This is one of the best salons I've ever been. I recently went to Shannon and she gave me the most amazing haircut!! She takes her time to listen to what you're looking for and delivers! I haven't been this happy with a haircut in a long time. I drive all the way from the city and I will continue to do just that :Services:&nbsp;Haircut

I have been a long time client at this Salon. Used to have my color and haircut done with Kathy. She left when Covid started and i decided not to look for another salon but still go here since they had my color formula saved. For the last appointment i had my highlights  and haircut done with Katie. I got home and i felt my scalp itching, then next day when brushing it i had a big chunk of hair in my hairbrush. Didn't want to make a big deal out of it and monitored for couple days. From there it got worse and i started losing more and more hair. Called them thinking they will guide me and  advise me how to treat it so my hair stops falling or book an urgent appointment.... The receptionist told me over the phone she  will rely the message to Katie and Katie will call me back when available. Since April of this yearwhen i had the highlights done never got a phone call from Katie or the owner or anybody else from this Salon. Don't get me wrong ,stuff happens i always try to understand that people make mistakes including me, but KNOWING YOU MESSED UP AND NEVER CALL BACK? Since April, my hair hasn't had any highlights or haircut .Yesterday i decided to give it another go and booked 2 appointments. First was today at 12:45 for highlights, they told me Katie had a cancellation and they can take me. At 12:45 I called notifying them i will be late by 15 min. The receptionist assumed i will be there at 1:30 pm and will not be able to do the full service, I asked to reschedule. She told me in order to reschedule i need to go online to book the next app. and put a credit card on filei guess to charge me if i get there late. This got me so upset since this Hairdresser didn't have the decency to call me back after She damaged my hair but she wants to charge because im late? SERIOUSLY? Being a long time customer and buying so many products from them and to be treated like that? They don't deserve not even 1 star.Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I found this salon on google and it was near my home and had great reviews. I scheduled an appointment with Kylie based on her bio and reviews. She was very sweet and down to earth. I wanted a big change from my basic shoulder length style with boring blonde highlights. Kylie was a little nervous when I told her I was serious about how different I wanted to go, but she listened, looked at the dozen or so pictures I showed her, and gave me a stylish, precision cut, and spent so much time getting a very specific color and highlight combination for me. I will see her again! As she gets to know my hair better- I can’t wait to see what else she’ll do to my hair when I get bored again!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Kylie is amazing! She is so sweet and kind and incredibly knowledgeable about blonde hair. I will definitely be seeing her from now on
