Amazing experience all around. Shannon was so great with my 4 year old. He always gets fussy with haircuts but this was totally different. She was attentive to him, talkative with him, told him everything she was doing, asked him what he wanted, made it interesting and fun for him.. and his cut is the best he's ever had! Had a job shadow today and I learned a many of great things along with meeting the stylist and owner there. Everyone was kind and welcoming. No matter it's a job shadow or a hair appointment, you'll get the best people around.
Heather was pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to recreate perfectly the hairstyle I showed her I wanted. She listened attentively to what I had to say about how I like to deal with my hair and made accommodations to go along with that. Our visit to salon prism was to get my 8 year old daughter’s hair cut, and Ashley was perfect for her. We loved the entire experience. Ashley listened to everything we wanted, explained what she was doing as she did it, clarified we were pleased at every step, and the final result was everything she wanted and more.
