The place was warm and inviting , minus the 15 min. I was late. It's wasn't a problem for them. My hair came out wonderful. Got a color and cut from Annmarie. She was so personable would recommend if you looking for a great Salon. They were even able to charge my phone!! Def going back . Susan bush
One of the best Hair Salons I have been to. Very comparable to Europe. The second I have walk into the room, I was introduced to a lovely scent, lots of light and a hearty welcome from pretty much everyone, including the owner. My Stylist Mary was an absolute joy and transformed my hair in a beautiful style. I am very thankful that I stumbled into such a professional salon.
WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I haven't gotten my hair taken care of in over a year- and the place I used to go to had closed down. LUCKILY my stylist Rose had taken employment here- WHAT A GORGEOUS SALON!!! Everything was wonderful- from all of the amazing and kind staff, to all the precautions they put in place to keep customers safe but comfortable. Even the SINK was a thousand times more comfortable than the old place. I cannot stress enough how incredible this experience was. Love this salon. I've been coming here for what seems like forever. Very friendly and accommodating. My stylist is Norma whom I love dearly. But if I ever need someone else to do my hair I would trust anyone of the other stylists. I highly recommend this salon.
My stylist, Nina, is one of the owners but she is kind, thoughtful and a great stylist! The salon is so clean and disinfected. Very comfortable atmosphere
The stylist are very talented and kind and off great service at a fair price. But I wouldn't recommend because I ine of the owners do my hair after seeing two other stylists .... and she completely messed it up I asked for a vibration blue instead of my burgundy hair she didnt remove my previous color from my hair and threw a blue on top. She informed me that it was the last of her blue so let's hope it works It didn't work my hair became a charcoal color and the cut itself was wrong. I wanted side bangs that blended but they were all chopped up. She was very hyper and moving around a lot while styling my hair which made me very nervous. I ended up fixing my own bangs and went back for her to fix my color. In the end it didnt look any different and she gave me supplies to do it MYSELF at home and didnt even offer me a refund. I was just so upset so I left. My boyfriend ended up doing my hair and fixing her mistakes
I visited today for the first time. I have long, very dark and color-treated hair. It doesn't lighten well - usually turns orange and brassy. Becky was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and it turned out perfect!! I'm super impressed with them, everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return!
Mary W comes highly recommended! She is my favorite stylist and hair colorist, having trained at the finest schools for on going training. Beautiful salon and great atmosphere thanks to Ralph and Nina!
Horrible Service. They have some talented hairdressers, but the main lady behind the desk consistently misbooks customers and does not seem to care. Today she booked me for a different hairdresser, even though we were using the hairdressers name and "he" to book, yet she gives me a different stylist who happened to be a woman that had a completely different name and wasn't even working that day. Then, when I checked in arriving at my scheduled time, I stated my hairdresser and my time and she checked me off. Then, only after waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment, she comes over laughing that she accidentally wrote me down for a different stylist. What is this secretary amateur hour? She then stated that she should have realized that she put me down for a different stylist who wasn't even working that day honestly...how hard is it to be a secretary at a small hair shop on Cape Cod...not very... but that she didn't. I told her I had to pick someone up, which she again laughed at and said it was an easy mistake to make. She then started a scene when I stated that I wasn't coming back, yelling that that's my choice glad to learn I had that choice while turning her back to me and walking away. In short, the hairdressers are fine, but what good is that if you can't even see them due to a horrible secretary.
