Salon Utopia Tx

RUDE Beautician. My son had an appointment for Sunday and when we arrived the salon was closed. Came back Monday and was told “you missed your appointment, it was yesterday”! Ok, but the salon was closed. Was told, “why didn’t someone call us”. REALLY....LOL! It’s the customer’s responsibility to notify you that we have an appointment so that you can open your salon. Still laughing . We decided to wait but after about an hour and a few ugly looks, my son says mom, lets go it’s obvious they don’t want to cut my hair. Disappointed for my son.

Candice is great with children and I love her work. My 3 year old actually sits there and allows her to braid her hair without complaining.

I love the salon. Kim is my stylist and she's the best. She's the best stylist I have ever had and I would recommend her and the salon.
