The girls in this store are always helpful and very kind. They’re knowledgeable and always give me good product recommendations when I want to change things up! Coral helped me the last time, thanks girly!
Love the products I find at this storePecos location, but customer service is terrible. Management and new employees have no customer service skills. They seem bothered when customers have questions. Such a disappointment there lately.
Their sales are sketchy and the clerks aren't that friendly or helpful. The app needs work and if I purchase something for pick up I still should get the sale price, but they weren't able to apply it because it was a one day sale. I know that but I was working and had you offered same day pick up I would have done it. The store is too small but is closest to my location. I learned from this experience and I usually just do in store purchases; the main item I ordered wasn't even available when I got there.
I love this place for professional products. The cashiers are always so nice and helpful.
I have loved shopping here for many years! Sadly as of recently they hired all new people and the moral in the shop is low, the customer service is terrible. When spending thousands of dollars monthly & weekly there is no offering to help with anything. I always cause a line because I buy so much and the girls are often left alone . They need help and better attitudes
I’ve came in this store twice and I did not feel welcomed both times. I don’t know if it’s like this with everybody or a particular group of people but they make me feel unwelcomed here. Usually when you’re at a business someone would approach you and ask you if you need help but that’s not the case here. Nobody greeted me and nobody asked me if I needed help with anything at all. I’ll take my business elsewhere, I definitely won’t be returning to this location ever again.
Staff was friendly and helpful found what I needed
I’be been to a lot of Salon Centrics all over, they had about 4-5 people working and I spoke with 2 who were rude and of zero help. One was too busy on her phone the other was too busy stocking. I seen the bad reviews and this is why. When you get treated poorly I would rather order online. Customer service truley lacks here.
05/22/20 around 4.30 pm Horrible experience!! I don't normally write reviews but this lady there was another lever of rudeness! Ladies save your energy and go to another store and just stay away from this place! I've seen rude people but this lady there was another level!!! So sad that a place like this with this stock of excellent priducts has such a rude person working there. I'm still shock! To the owner/administration if this business be aware of the rudeness of this lady, this type of person can ruin your business.
Nice and knowledgeable staff , I hate how early salon centric closes , most people don’t get out of the salon until 5,6 or even 7 . I think salon centric as a company should expand their hours especially in a city like Las Vegas !!! I feel bad walking in at 5:30 hoping the staff won’t get annoyed or mad at me for coming in 15-30 minutes before they close ! I also feel like I have to scramble and get my things because I want the staff to be able to get out and go home and not be a jerk and take my time .
