I have been going to Emily Rose for a little over a year now, and I leave every appointment loving my cut/color! Emily takes the time understand what look I’m going for and always does such an amazing job.  I can’t recommend Emily enough- especially if you want someone who is excellent with blondes.

I was so excited for my appointment with Haeli Flores that I had booked a month in advance. I was wanting to go lighter for a trip I planned. Despite receiving appointment reminders up to the day before, the salon abruptly canceled just 30 minutes before my scheduled time. This was after I had left work and traveled there. The reason? Haeli's sudden illness. No compensation, just a suggestion to reschedule in 5 days. Inconsiderate treatment, zero sympathy for my time and commitments. Avoid this place if you value any consideration. By the way, they charge 50% of service if you as a client cancel 24 hours before but offer nothing for cancelling 30 min before. I requested to be reached out to by a manager and never heard back from anyone at all. Terrible customer service would never give them my business.

I loveeeeeee Fryda. She is my hair stylist for life! Fryda is very professional but fun to talk too! ALSO she does hair super awesome! She is realistic and values my hairs health which I appreciate. I had a lot of history oopsss with box dyes in my hair and Fryda still did my hair and every time she exceeded my expectation. Your hair will thank Fryda

This place hires the best hairdressers! I've never left this place anything less than satisfied after a haircut. They are friendly and really good at their job!

I got my hair done by Fryda and she did an incredible job! I was nervous getting my dark hair colored but she was so considerate and thoughtful. She explained the process and I could tell she really cared about the health of my hair. Not only do I love how my hair turned out, Fryda is hilarious, easy to talk to, and made me feel so pampered. Absolutely love Salontrose! Haeli Flores is the best! Everytime I leave, I feel incredible with what she has done with my hair. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Haeli did such a great job cutting and styling my thick long hair. Super pleased with the results. Will definitely be back!

Fryda is absolutely amazing! Her energy and personality is so great and fun to be around, she’s also so talented at her work and have never felt more comfortable! I love my hair so much ;
