Adult swimming program for fitness and competitive swimmers at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex.

Description

Salt Lake Masters Swimming (SALT) offers a diverse swimming program for adults at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex. For beginners, SALT offers stroke technique and introduction to lap swimming. For fitness swimmers, SALT offers 12 workout times weekly. For adult competitive swimmers, SALT offers event specific training for swimmers wishing to compete at the local, state, national and world levels. During summer months, SALT offers open water training on Saturdays at Deer Creek Reservoir.
