Rodrigo Padilla is the man you have to ask for. The most calm and nice store associate I’ve met since buying in Sam Ash for a lot, a lot, a lot of years. He went out if his way to help me with different orders, never complained, never made a face, super super cool dude. Good job Sam Ash, these are the types of guys you need to give a raise and promote so that you keep having success. Great Customer service in a business is everything.

My son and I went to Sam Ash at the dolphin mall in Florida..my son wants to learn electric guitar..we asked the salesperson Ramon in the guitar section what we needed to get started...he was Amazing...he explained everything,took his time,gave us recommendations,showed us and turned on an Amplifier that my son fell in love with...Ramon went into detail on how to get started,he supplied us with everything we needed to get started..he even walked us out with the merchandise and helped place it in the car..Ramon was courteous,friendly, knowledgeable. Truly a fantastic experience. THANK YOU so much Ramon and Thank you Sam Ash for hiring a great person.

Bought a MIDI keyboard from them not too long ago and someone was getting the deal I wanted when I was waiting for someone to open the case. Sammy and Lisa still honored the deal and the guy who is buying the item I wanted also got upgraded to an unopened item with the same discount. My first time shopping here but I'm sure it won't be the last!

Had a great experience with the Luthier, Gustavo. Very helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions and concerns with my electric guitar. Neck gap and misalignment, bridge position, and string setup were all fixed. Had my guitar back in my hands all set up and playing nicely within 3 days. Thanks!

So, this might be a little biased because I used to work here. This Sam Ash has all your musician needs, From guitar, bass, acoustic instruments, Drums and percussion, pro-audio, recording, live sound, band and orchestral and sheet music, this location has it all. If you're going to be in the neighborhood on vacation and want something music-store related, they can get anything from their vendors if the manufacturer has it in stock. If you want it, they can get it, pretty much. Anything you have to special order typically takes 2 weeks if the manufacturer has it in stock. So call ahead and prepay it. It should be there. That being said, they are one of the better Sam Ash music stores that have good levels of stocked items, and you might find a gem in their used items. They also have a great guitar repairman; Gustavo Gonzalez. Michael Bentivegna has been the general manager forever, and his passion is the Music Retail business. He'll address any issues. They're located in the Dolphin Mall in Miami and have their own private entrance as well as mall entry. You could literally spend hours here! They really go out of your way to make sure you come back!

We were looking for a brand new dj mixer. We ordered it from this store, paying full price for a brand new unit. When we received the unit, it had obvious signs of use. When I contacted the sales representative, David, he told me I should be grateful I got this unit, and showed no concern of helping me make this right. When requesting a refund of some of my money, he offered me a price that wasn’t even a drop in the bucket of the investment I had just made. While I don’t mind it being used, I feel like I should not have paid the price of a brand new one. Needless to say, I feel as though I was given an underhand deal from both this company and the sales representative. This was my first time buying from this company, and will absolutely be my last.

I would like to say a big thank you to the store consultant Samuel for helping me choose an electronic piano, I am happy with my purchase, it was my first experience and I am glad that thanks to Samuel's professional expert opinion I did not make a mistake and was able to buy absolutely the right piano that matches the right ones for my work criteria

Went into Sam Ash not knowing if my broken down guitar could be saved. Came out with same guitar but now looking new ,and sounding great. Jose was a master. The way he cleaned and put together my guitar was incredible.

What a great experience my son and I had today 8/7/23 at sam ash..my son wants to learn how to play electric guitar,the sales person was amazing his name was Ramon...he showed us all of the options and recommendations...he took his time and showed us a few Amps,he also turned one on and my son fell in love with it....his recommendations were on point...he explained everything...he got us all of the accessories that my son needed as a beginner and he also gave my son a few tips...Outstanding person...Thank you.
