Sam Ash Music Stores

James set up an old acoustic for me. New strings, adjusted the neck, tightened the bridge up, etc. Told me it would take a week but had it done in three days. The guitar feels and sounds great, like new! Everyone working here is pretty friendly, too. Haven’t bought anything new from them but the repair service is great. Highly recommended!

Just bought my Taylor from this store. Everyone is just friendly and helpful..the Store also looks really nice and they have more stocks..

Brought a guitar here and wasn’t really sure what was wrong with it. Fixed it up real fast without overcharging me for a bunch of stuff i wouldn’t have known it needed or not. Friendly and helpful without being condescending. Very nice.

I've never had anything other than a positive experience at Sam Ash. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help you find a product or answers to any questions you may have. Their prices are also a point in their favor. They don't have nearly the store count others like Guitar Center have, but they still manage to keep everything at an affordable price range.

It's nice that Sam Ash still actually has someone working in the drum department unlike other national chains in the area. Service was friendly and helpful. I also like that Sam Ash is carrying used gear and has decent, inexpensive sticks available now that the price of sticks has become ridiculous.

Wasn't too thrilled about the service I was receiving. The guy was kind of ghetto with me and I did not appreciate that. That is what let me not to purchase. I'm the customer. Don't stereo type me. Every one else was very friendly and personable. The only reason I didn't give him one star.

First time shopping at Sam Ash Music. I called with some questions, on a soon to be purchase, which I ended up making. Joe, at the Dallas location was steller in his customer service on that call. I came in the same day I received ny online order to purchase more accessories. Met Joe at that time. Great energy and customer service, once again making my first time a fantastic experience. Thanks again! I'll continue shopping at Sam Ash Music.

I went in to sell my violin to them yesterday. I was a little scared of being taken advantage of since I’d never sold an instrument, but I was very relieved that the manager was very upfront with me, he hid no facts and even told me the prize that they were selling my violin for. This is a great place to do business with, if you’re trying to sell your instrument, definitely swing by their store

I used to really enjoy this store. But ended up falling into hard times so I had to try and sell my instruments. They needed a bit of sprucing up before they purchased them. Which is understandable out of the two instruments. What is the cost almost 2 grand. And the repairs were like 80 bucks. I was unaware that you needed the money upfront if you were going to sell them so they were done at different times in the store manager, which God bless his heart, such a great and understanding man well ahead and took the difference out of what they paid me for one of the repairs. I had to come back a few days later for the other instrument, which I asked the gentleman if he would do the same thing as he did for the other instrument, and just take the different out and they refused. Which I don’t understand when they were going to end up giving me over $500 to sell it in the first place. I.

Danielle is amazing! She got us set up with a new violin and a guitar for my partner. She taught me how to play the violin real quick so I can learn more later. Will be coming back again just to learn from her.
