I’ve been to Sam’s nail supply a few times. Always friendly and helpful. Today I went with my mom and as soon as I walked in Luis said Hello and if we needed any help. I knew what I was looking for; however it was out of stock and he helped me find something else. Big selection of OPI and Kiara Sky products. My favorite nail supply store!

Please do yourself a favor and go to this place Now, The have literally every nail tool you can think of. Everything from hail dip powders, acrylics, nail tips, drills, color powders, EVERYTHING. This Place is the best keep beauty secret in Houston. They have everything you can get at Sallys for your nails half the price

do not come here if you're black. they try to act like we're incompetent and like we dont know about the products we're purchasing. and they dont like to help. i would recommend discount nails supply which is just down the street. im a licensed cosmetologist mind you and told the employees that several times and they still tried to over charge me for everything. and had such a nasty attitude with me. came here on two separate occasions and got zero help from the employees. for such a huge store they sure dont have much a variety of products. but i went to the store down the street and the owner was bery helpful his products were much more affordable. he had everything i needed. even though his shop was ten times smaller than sams. and i found stuff in store that i would've had to order on online if i couldn't find it here at sams. please teach your employees to be kind to EVERYONE. and update your stock and inventory. everything seems kinda outdated.

Nice store and stuff are more than affordable! I couldn’t get the lady’s name but she was so sweet and help me find a color polish I kept looking for !

The worst service ever I’m so upset ever since I bought pedi chairs they had been messing up n I’m not happy w the service at all the way they installed them it was leaking in the bottom and not just that parts are not working n I have warranty and they tried to tell me it was out n no it wasn’t n now they aren’t answering my phone calls and they ordered a part still has not been fixed why can’t they have someone who can understand me

They have great stuff there but the customer service skills are HORRIBLE only 1 person was willing to help me while the officer that was there and the other workers there were rushing me out of the store telling me “Hurry up we’re about to close” I was there at 5:45pm on a Tuesday and they don’t close till 7pm. Did I mention I’ve been here plenty of times before when I first started doing nails2017 I’ve always came here and have never received such horrible customer service before. Soon as I came in I didn’t get the usual welcome to Sams I automatically got a rude welcome from the cop there saying “Hurry up we’re about to close!” I only came in there because I am about to open up my first nail salon and I was making a price list of everything I needed I couldn’t even finish my list cause I had 2 rude people keeping their eye on me and telling me to hurry up and they were communicating in their language about me like I didn’t understand what they were saying. The cop was communicating saying “keep watch on the black girl and tell her to hurry up.” At that point I just left and thanked the young man with glasses on for helping me and being nice to me. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer. NEVER AGAIN!

I got to this store at 6:45pm, and its 6:50 as I'm writing this review. The store manager saw my sister and I walking up and locked the door. He claims they already shut down the computers, it's Friday. Why would you close a business 15 minutes before you are scheduled to close when you have paying customers outside? I feel targeted because of my race. I traveled a good distance to get here and they are closed on Saturdays. I will not be making any further purchases from this business.

Don’t waste your time. go somewhere else if you looking for customer service. They have a lot of products but if you need help and don’t look like them not to be racist they not going to help. I ask the lady on two separate occasions to help me she said no I thought okay cool maybe she with another customer both times. I went and found her she was not helping anyone so I asked her again could she help me she said no and walked off. I put all my products back and exit the store.

Just left out sams nail supply on bellaire.Went to buy glam glitz monomer price said$ 99.00 on the sign.The lady change price after ring product up.Very unprofessional start talking in her language to another employee.like she never took the price off the spot with product. I had already took price of product and price.it will not let me upload picture of item

Honestly the place is alright , they have so much stuff and some things are expensive other are well priced. The customer service is horrible they don’t greet you or talk to you or ask for help . Another time I came back a couple of minutes before the closed and they were shaking there hands for us to leave because they were “closed “already . I would think these people want service
