Great place to shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is if they carried more products in store, so we can get them there itself instead of ordering online from the samsclub app.
I placed an order today for a pickup around 2 pm. My pickups weekly are always 30 minutes early. So I ask my daughter to pick it up for me. She ask me if it was ready and I seen tha it was still stuck on placed. So I called customers service and she told me it was ready at like 1:27 so my daughter was there to pick it up. So I was on the phone with the lady and she told me to have her park under the covered part and they would bring it out. We'll my daughter waited for more them 5 minutes and no one came out. So I gave her the number to call and no one answered. So she went inside to see if they would bring it out. When they did they were rude to her and told her she needed to call in as a pickup. I have called 5 times and no answer. My daughter was very upset and a male associated got in her face and was yelling at her and she felt as if he was going to hit her so she squared right up to him and told him he better watch him self. I spend at least 500 bucks a week here and if I have to I will drive to Helena and go to Costco. This is under called for on any level .
The customer service basically doesn't exist anymore, they try to push you into self checkout but you can't even use cash at the fast checks, only one cashier, not well trained, employee informed us they're only gonna have one cashier ,why am I paying to shop here again? Fresh produce I guess....
3 pm appointment to be unloaded. No other trucks waiting. Unloading didn't start for 55 minutes. 4:30 and they are now actively working on it. Less than half a load as we dropped the other half at a different and faster Sam's Club this morning.
Although I've had some hiccups in the last year, sams does try to rectify their mistakes.
I do my bulk shopping and clothing buying there. The meat department is excellent, providing lots of choices for fresh and frozen items.
Their customer service sucks. Never disappoints if you keep your expectations as to how many employees will stand and watch and not do anything and then act like omg it is so difficult to do my job. Fire everyone and start over.
Got to Sam's Club to delivery our load at 0400. Usually have to move one of our Prime trailers to dock the load we brought in then take that trailer. Fast/easy staff to work with. Plenty of room to maneuver and dock the load. In/out in 1/2 hour!
They are having alot of end of summer sales and we saved BIG time today!!!
Love Sam's. It's the only thing keeping me in Gilliad, I mean Great Falls.
