Only complaint is that there was only 1 person at customer service and a line. Wish she had assistance. Place was clean and I come here often to get fruit and meat. This time I was just coming along for the ride and saw they sold some Gap clothes, which I was shocked. So I scooped up a few shorts for this summer and khaki pants for work in the fall.
Clean, registers are pretty fast. Food court tasted pretty good. Fun items to check out. Things that you wouldn’t normally find or think to buy really can catch your eye. Updated…….Thank you so much for your reply. It was so nice to speak to you today. We will be back in! We love Sam’s Club! Updated review
I like how they honor the warranty on their tires. They have always been very fair, replacing without charge when needed. The best fruit I can find in my town as well. Nice people who help you with a smile.
Plenty of parking. Plenty of shopping carts. The cashier was NOT friendly!! They didn't greet us and they didn't say anything after our purchase was completed. Checkout was really slow. And the employees on the floor weren't of any help either!! We won't go back.
I shop here every week. Literally. I usually get in and out quickly. The store is organized and fairly easy to navigate. No complaints there. The tire and battery department however is a different ball game and the reason for 3 stars. I came here to have my battery checked because I buy my tires $330.00/each & my battery here and have for years. The young man that checked my battery this time misread the information from the test and cost me an extra $200 for diagnostics at a mechanics shop all because he misread the information. The battery was bad. My car was also unlocked when I returned to it and even though nothing was out of place that still bothered me because he said he needed the VIN off the door but it’s visible on my front windshield as well. I think I’ll go to a different location for my tires and battery from now on if I don’t go somewhere else completely which is an inconvenience because they’re located near my home. I’ll drive for better service though. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he apologized but it was nonchalant. You can tell when people genuinely care.
I’m a new member to Sam’s Club. I’ve had my membership a little over a month. I’ve purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise since I’ve joined Sam’s from the Midwest City Oklahoma store. My previous experience was it’s the floor workers and cashiers have been a pleasant exchange. I came in the store on July 8th to get a container for the left over fireworks in the process I purchased way more than I came for. I returned 1 item today because she doesn’t use that particular product. The store manager Chris was working and he did not make the experience easy. In fact I had to tell him I was 50 years old and not to talk to me in the manner that he was. He stated he couldn’t find the product by scanning the account number so I pulled up my receipt on the app that shows the product. Then he stated it wasn’t the same one and started using the store jargon referring to the sku etc. I told him I am a business owner and I have over 100K in my account I do not steal. I was humiliated I’ve heard of people profiling people based off race etc.but this was my first encounter and it was clear that is what he was doing. I tried to converse with him as I Approached the return counter because as a business owner I am a friendly person but Chris didn’t even make eye contact his tone wasn’t friendly. Sam’s is a billion dollar industry , your customer service and management represent the company. Sam’s has to do better with the people they hire to represent them. When I inquired for a manager he stated he was a manager. This is unacceptable . We all all equal no matter the race or gender and management needs to do better. I have the Sam’s app I had the receipt. As a customer I don’t know how Sam’s merchandise the products nor about the bar codes I simply pick up items I want put in basket and purchase. I did receive my refund but the experience is enough to make me never wanna set foot back in a Sam’s store. 7/12 the issue with the representative bothered me so badly I decided to take anything that I had an open back to Sam. I just can’t spend my money at the store with a business that thinks it’s OK to treat customers rudely. I think that Jazz must be how her customer service is because when I went back today, the lady with the missing teeth wasn’t friendly either and I have my receipts. She asked me how to open the box that was still taped up from the original purchase. I told her I had and she asked me again and said people tape it up all the time so I’ve asked her to go ahead and open it. That way she can see that the Merchandise was still in the box. She didn’t want to do that. She’d rather argue with me about what other customers do. Yeah, I would never shop at the store. I don’t advise anyone else to go to the store if I need to go to Sam’s, I will go all the way to Edmond.
Very clean and organized store. I usually don't shop at this Sam's. I was in the area and needed to pickup a few items. I have recently shopped here just because I was in the area. I did stop and get the hotdogs combo after I was done shopping. The combo was only 1.39. It us a very good deal. It comes with a large Nathan hot dog. They were very busy but served all the customers fast.
A quick trip in for k bobs and they did not have any. But did have delicious, giant strawberries for $3.48. Store was clean and check out lines moving fast
