I went to Sam's with my son so he could pick what design he wanted for his birthday cake for his upcoming party. He picked out the paw patrol design. We placed the order 2 weeks in advance. Upon picking up the cake I informed the lady that this was not the correct design. She called the bakery manager and I spoke with him and I explained the situation to him. After waiting over an hour the worker informed me that all the workers who could fix the issue had left for the day and that she could give me 30 cupcakes instead and put a paw patrol ornament on them. I said no my son specifically picked this design. She got the manager and he said the same thing the workers were gone. I had no choice but to get the cake. When I arrived home and my son saw the cake he started crying saying this is not what he picked. If you place an order pick it up when they first open to ensure it's the right design/cake.
Can't go wrong in the Club of Sam's!! They have it all and all in large amounts. Always will find good sales on clothes and food items from the deli for sure. Great time with samples of all kinds.
Vincent is an awesome associate. Very helpful to disabled patrons. Helped load up my purchases.
I loved Sam's club a lot! It had great stuff, and a lot of stuff we loved in bulk. Was perfect for getting snacks on the way back home

Front desk employee failed to let us know we could receive a refund if we cancel our membership. We just got it in January but moving and prefer Costco so decided to ask about canceling and she just said auto renew is off so if we wanna cancel nothing happens.
Still has pretty good selection with all things considered. Found toilet paper, eggs and bread! no rice or wipes, but they had chicken! Bring your own wipes to disinfect cart upon arrival and at self check out machine.
It is a typical Sam's club. They pretty much have everything you need and a lot that you want. The store was very clean and the staff helpful.
Went there for items which was smooth and easy with the scan and go feature but when it came to the Cafe the confusion of kitchen staff was offsetting waited 40 mins to get a slice of pizza and hot dog which I ordered from the app, kitchen staff should focus and not run around doing to much where they skip orders and will help the person who waits and has been standing there over 20 mins, word of advice just stay in the line which is a shorter wait time than ordering through app for Cafe, love scan and go feature.
Sam's Club has pretty much everything you need. There's gas and oil for your car, but no oil filters. There's a pretty good selection of dog and cat food and snacks for dogs of all sizes. The meat selection is really good as well. Prices have been coming back down from the inflation prices of the last two or so years. If you need paper goods, there's a lot to choose from. I do recommend using the app, it makes shopping a lot easier.
