I haven't been to this Walmart in over a year right up into the point where I had covid-19 last year, but I must say it look like they had a little remodel done especially on the inside it looks brighter and it looks a lot more spacious. The parking lot was being renovated or I guess we asphalted the gas station is always the best place to get gas if you're in Sam's club member the prices are much lower and definitely competitive as well but overall I like the new setup and I will definitely go back if I'm in the area again check them out.
3/1/2022 Several items I needed were out of stock discovered you can look on app & it will tell you if it is out of stock- need to let your associates clueless know this information!. Prices were incorrectly posted. Major lines at the gas pump. According to Walmart's club, I can get 5 cents off for gas using their app as payment. It still does not work. 3/2/2022 Looked on Sam's app and discovered my out of stocked items have been restocked. However, more stuff needs to be restocked. Today all the incorrect pricing labels from yesterday were fixed. Loved that customers are not blocking most of the merchandise aisles waiting for the cashiers now blocking the nut section- can't get to it. The gas pumps were bombarded with cars again. The place was clean and free of debris blocking aisle. I love the scan & go app!
Needing to call this store is the bane of my existence. You *WILL* be on hold waiting for an associate to pick up the phone for 8-10minutes before being automatically disconnected. If you're lucky, someone will pick up by the third time you call. If your call needs to be transferred, you'll be on hold for 15minutes before the phone is answered and then immediately hung up. How do I know the phone was answered and I wasn't automatically disconnected? Because I can hear voices in the background. I am currently on my 8th call to this store, trying to rectify an order that was incorrectly marked as delivered. I have had the phone answered and been transferred ONCE. When I did talk to someone, they were incredibly rude - immediately cut me off and said they're transferring me. This experience isn't new or out of the ordinary in the slightest, I deal with this every single time I have to call this location. It is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the amount of money my business spends here. I am FED UP! While the staff here is *always* exceedingly rude, at least they can't actively ignore and avoid you when you're there in person. If you're able to order from another location, do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the damn plague.
The ability to skip and avoid the long checkout lines makes my good shopping experience a great one. Just SCAN AND GO. Do I feel bad skipping the line? Nah. Checkout Empowerment! Try it.
This is my favorite Sam’s Club and perhaps I am saying that because it is the nearest Club to me. Maybe! But I like it. The associates are super welcoming and friendly. They are understanding and always ready to step in and ask if you need any help. That is the ultimate customer satisfaction experience one can observe. The store is organized and items placarded, which makes it easier to spot. Happy Shopping at The Club!
This is a pathetic Sam's location...try calling them and see if anyone answers. My most recent issue...I ordered 2 separate orders on November 9th for pickup on Nov 11th. I received a text less than 30 minutes before my pickup time on the 11th, 2 days later, that both orders were cancelled! One was slated as a gift to be given the next day! I called to straighten up the mess as both items were on sale at the time of purchase...no answer...called corporate support...they had me on and off hold for about 30 minutes, then put me on hold again for almost 2 more hours all fully documented!!! They had apparently just taken the liberty to transfer my call to the store as it was eventually answered by an employee who promised the store manager would call me back. In the meantime, I placed another order the evening of the 11th for pickup today...once again cancelled!..and still no call from the store manager yet!...Pathetic!
All of the employees are very nice and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in through the door.
I just picked up my order at the crack of dawn. Christian was polite and pleasant, much needed for this time of day. This pick up service has been a godsend for my business. Thank you guys!
