I needed a quick fix on a under inflated tire as I was leaving on a long trip the next day. I was fortunate to contact Dave by phone and he told me to bring the car in right away. There I was assisted by Eric on the front desk and he scheduled me in for the repair. It only took about an hour due to both Eric and Dave's help. All of this at no cost as a Sam's Club member. I also learned a lot from Eric about the types of tires for my car and I might buy replacement Michelin's when I return form my trip.
Truck docks are in back on Right Hand Side of store. No overnight parking signs. Has 6 docks, put tandems back. Have to walk to other side of bldg from docks to Rcv Door in inner corner. Fast unload. Stay in truck while unloading. BOL brought out to your truck. Just enough room to back into docks. Doors 2, 4 and 5 are numbered.
Obviously a large store with a good bit of variety. I saw some good deals in produce and else where in the store. They have ready made food for sale also.... Inga will be speaking to them about taking the car to them to get the brakes looked at. I'm sure I will go here again in the future.
FUJISAN SUSHI exceeded all of my expectations I am a sushi connoisseur, and his sushi is fresh and authentic. I could not ask for anything more 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend. Extremely fast service extremely kind staff !!!
Cafe today was a mess. 2 people working. Ordered in the app a sundae. I watched one of the workers older lady put the cream on the top of the machine, then she proceeded to use her BARE fingers to swirl the cream NOT ONCE but TWICE. This isn’t sanitary. Luckily for me I got the 1st sundae before granny did that. Sorry for everyone else after me but y’all getting some serious Booty sundaes
Poor customer service: I am a plus member so I get free curbside pickup which I use a lot. Yesterday I went there to pick up my order and they tried to give me a different spice than the one I had ordered. I immediately brought it to the gentleman's attention that brought it to my car. he said let me go see if I can find the right one. Meanwhile I've been out in the parking lot in the heat for 10 minutes now with ice cream and coffee creamers. Then supposedly a supervisor comes over and she said I was looking for the spice and I could not find the one you ordered. I said okay well I want to make sure that I'm not charged for this item since I'm not receiving it. It is still showing up on my bill as if I received it. They are falsely charging me for things that I did not bring home. When I called store they were not at all helpful.
Today I asked the meat department to cut some bone-in pork chops a little thicker than what they had in their case. No problem. They cut 3lbs for me about 3/4 inch just right. I very much appreciated their cheerful help.
I already pay for the privilege of shopping here, it would be nice if I could just shop for my groceries without the constant solicitors around every corner. I walk in and am immediately approached about upgrading my membership, then I turn the corner and some guy wants to deliver bottled water go my home, then I duck down another aisle and whoa! another solicitor hitting me up for a cell plan. It's super annoying and not really cool considering you already pay to shop there.
Very bad service on the checkout line at the door. I was detained for 5 minutes, the lady claim that I did not purchase an item in my shopping. She finally figured I did purchase the item. However in the meantime the embarrassment and the humiliation, being treated like a criminal. She was able to figure out and count the items correctly. Be aware.
What in the world is up with Sam's Club & their incredibly high pressure hard sell of the Plus membership? I mean, really? I've been a regular member for 20 years. Why would I suddenly feel the need to pay $60 more a year to shop here? I rarely leave there for less than $100. And then on top of that, you PUSH the credit card even after I just told you I already have it. This is why I always use the scan & go app wasn't working yesterday. I just want to buy some G.O.U.S. grapes of unusual size, protein shakes & a 933 roll case of t.p. & get out.
