This is my go to store! They always have pretty much everything I need. The produce is always fresh & they have the best deals on meat. I always recommend a Sam’s Club membership to everyone I know!!
My only complaint is that the self checkout lanes only take credit cards. I wish it was posted somewhere before you wait in the line. Like at Walmart where it says "cash only". This also applies to gift cards, you have to go to a teller line. This way the entitled customers behind you don't harass you for wanting to use the payment opition you choose.
Beware: Never Buy Tires Here! They have some of the worst customer service here. I used to buy all my tires here, but never again. They don't honor their "lifetime" balance, rotation, and tire flat repair service once they get to a certain level of Sam's Club standards. I believe that number is 30%, but don't quote me on it. I have had to take my tires to other tire shops to do the rotation and repairs they should be covering. I had a screw in the tire one time, the tech at the independent tire company said that Sam's club service agreement is a scam, that it was a no Brainerd to fix the tire they refused to fix due to Sam's safety standards. Those other tire shops would love to have our business so they will get it moving forward. On one occasion we bought TPM sensors from Sam's club on all 4 wheels but they didn't work. Sam's just told us it wasn't the sensors and told us to take it to the dealership to have it fixed, as they could not fix it. The dealership said it wasn't the car it was the sensors. Of course the dealership would sell us new sensors too! I didn't want to pay for something I physically could not see, since they are inside the tire how do I know if they actually fixed them I want Sam's Club to fix the problem. Took them back to Sam's and they told us to take it to the dealership again, we went back and forth between the dealership and Sam's club 3 times. Finally, I had to physically yell at the manager which I hate to do and demand my money back to get any kind of service. He went over to talk to the repairmen, and wouldn't you know it 20 minutes later they worked after the 4th visit. It was Sam's club with the issue all along! After 3 trips to the dealership, and 4 trips to Sam's I promised myself never again, as they gave no compensation or even an apology. Unfortunately, I bought one more set of tires from them like an idiot after i cooled down last time, and here we are again. They won't honor a "Lifetime" agreement. Maybe an independent lawyer should take a look at their lifetime standards?! Of course after Sam's refuses to service your vehicle they will be glad to sell you a new set of tires, not me, and I hope not you!
Employee at the rotisserie chicken counter was friendly and helpful! A few of the stockers were also helpful. I enjoy finding good deals!
Sam's Club is a great place to shop. Great, friendly staff and clean throughout. Also LOVE the Pizza
Well I had a good first time experience but my dad is the member not me..I just tagged along after work..lol
Sam's Club is what it is, no comment about it. I save enough to make membership worthwhile. But. Today we saw the lot was full ish and thought great, they're open. Went in picked out our stuff and headed to check out. Sorry sir, before 10am is plus members only, would you like to give us $29.00 for that privilege? Um, no. How would one know shopping is limited before 10am? Door card checker screening? Nope. Signage at the entry? Nope. Signage at the registers? Nope. Cashier was friendly, her helper not so much. We killed 15 minutes and went back to the registers at 10am. Guess what? Zero cashiers with a good number of shoppers stacked up. Well played Sam's. Not the cashier's fault, not the door guy's fault. Training and signage are the purview of management and management failed. Bloomington would be a good place to open a Costco.
Very clean employees are great food court is always good great prices. I get lots of frozen foods for meals and as far as the other foods some are good deals and some aren't. I like doing some of my shopping here.
Terre haute Sam's club is really good Evansville keeps on running out and when you have to drive 88 MI round-trip it gets very old but let me tell you what we drove all the way to Bloomington what a wonderful shopping experience I would rather drive that 180 and get everything we need what a wonderful store and I'm serious
Very helpful and friendly staff. If help is needed. Has lots of stocked shelves always.
