This place is a joke. Not sure if every location is the same but the line to leave the store is always long. The whole point of the scan n go option is to not wait in line. Their system is terrible. Also if the line is so long they need to get more people checking receipts at the door to move quicker. Another reason why Costco is better than Sams.
I'm in this store with my 3-year-old daughter. I can't use the family bathroom because it's for men and it's super dirty. The lady's is empty but I can't go in with her, a very rude lady

Sam’s tire and auto care is the worst. Ordered a set of tires they said they’ve arrived and when I got there they did not have them “available.” Tried to up sell me with different set of wheels when I’ve got the order email and confirmation for them being available for install. The only thing they found was the appointment which made no sense because there were no tires to instal….! Worst experience ever. Not to mention I missed a day of work… for this nonsense…! Ridiculous really! Why play with peoples time and money! Hope that management or district management reads this and address the problem! I would like to be contacted by them.
Such a friendly environment, sample ladies were super friendly and funny and yes, we sampled for our whole family Staff that we ran into at the café were all nice. Pizza so good and fresh, thin crust, tons toppings Didn't buy anything in retail area at this location Washroom was clean and funny cleaning lady got us laughing Yes, good stop for us 4 Nov 20
Nice store, every time I've been it's been clean and organized. I like the scan and go feature for check out to skip the lines. Curbside pickup is also a really great option. And they have some great looking desserts!
The store itself was spacious, well-organized, and stocked with a vast array of products at great prices. The scan and go process is efficient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the gentlemen who greets me at the gate, which added a personal touch to my shopping trip. Highly recommended!
The club in general is good. However when it comes to the rotisserie chickens they should place a limit of 2. We saw a line of more than maybe more than 30 people waiting for chicken and a lady in the front of the line took 10 leaving some without chicken. They should really place a limit for those who do want to purchase at least 2. It’s not fair.
I go to this Sam’s mostly for the gas station. I recommend going before 9am. Before 9am the gas station and store is less packed. The actual store is normally always busy but the self checks make the process of getting in and out a breeze. Between 4-7pm are the busiest times of day.
This store needs to have more checkers on Sunday’s it’s the busiest shopping day of the week
