Ordered a LG electric range and a over the range microwave on 5/29. First scheduled delivery and installation was on 6/15. They arrived 20 minutes late and it was sprinkling so they claimed they couldn’t install. After several phone calls to Sam’s, LG and RXO, they rescheduled for today 6/22. They once again arrived late and all they did was plug in the range, no leveling, testing. All he did was turn on a stove burner and took a picture. They left the microwave in my garage stating in a foreign language that they couldn’t install it. Had them call their supervisor and he said that I should call LG. I called LG and they transferred me to Sam’s Club and no help. I called Sam’s Club LG hotline and they transferred me to LG and once again, no resolution. The oven light doesn’t function from the control panel or by knocking twice and it takes forever to come up to the temperature setting. Sam’s will be missing a premium customer on 7/3 when my membership expires. Oven
Sam's club itself is excellent EXCEPT this particular club has terrible food court management. Every single time I come and try to get anything from the food court a line of 5 or less customers takes them roughly 30 minutes to get through. They always are understaffed. Today is Sunday and they decided 2 employees would be enough to handle weekend traffic. Employees are polite, but overwhelmed with the line. The person running the register cannot handle plating all the pizza and hotdogs all the time.
Mostly go there for a narrow list of things. I visit the pharmacy between 2 to 3 times a month. While there, I usually pick up a couple of rotisserie chickens. Quick check on the produce while in that area of the store. Then I bee line it to the frozen/refrigerated section for cheese, eggs, and sandwich fixings. Then to the pharmacy. On my way out, if not a long line, I pick up a 3 meat pizza combo. The slices are about a quarter of a large pizza. Generous toppings. And for less than $3. The phone app makes shopping so easy. Online orders over a certain price can be picked up in the parking lot. The scan as you go feature allows you to not wait in line to ring up items. You scan the items, and when finished, you pay for the items with a stored card. Then, on the way out, you show the attendant a barcode that they scan. The recite is emailed to you and also available with the app. The app is great when getting gas. You scan the barcode at the pump. The app connects with the pump and you pay with the stored card. And you pump until done. No fumbling with membership card, credit card and the recite. No having to worry about a skimmer stealing your credit card information.
As always I had a great shopping experience. I got there before the crowd but I have Scan and Go so that makes my shopping trips here so much quicker and easier. I Love shopping at Sam's.
I enjoy shopping at this Sams Wholesale & now it's even better with the improvements to the store. They have a great selection! Store is always clean and well stocked too! This store also has a good location near Interstate 475. Employees are very helpful and polite. Nice large parking lot.
I’m 9 months pregnant. Called for 4 days to get a cake made and kept getting the run around. Spoke with someone yesterday who told me to be there today before 2 to put my order in to have a cake made for my Babyshower by 2 today and was told they are booked out until Sunday. Decorator or lady in the bakery was rude and did not care to help or try to offer any alternatives. Completely disappointed in the service.
I love that they have a app that you can use in the store to scan and go. No waiting in lines and can pay for your items on the app and show receipt on the way out. Brilliant!!
Never know what you’re gonna see or find at this Sam’s club. One day you gonna visit and maybe you’ll find a great deal on pastries or something, or another day you’ll watch as two women call each other bald headed til the cops show up. Overall great experience 5/5 stars
I activated a new membership and received a 18-count of chocolate chunk cookies . No membership cards were available, so I had to use the app for my purchase. Which made it a little difficult to gas up.
My first Sams club experience! It was exciting for sure and there are some really good deals. Be careful the prices add up quick!
