There are a lot of good items here but they are priced in bulk so it will seem as if you're getting very few items for a lot of money. Sam's Club is perfect for those with children or who host parties and other events that involve multiple people. Because of this, Sam's Club is notorious for being extremely busy on weekends. I found that out the hard way during my first ever visit to this location on Sunday 2/26/2023. It was my first ever visit to any Sam's Club store. The store was so busy and there were few employees at the checkout lines. Even the Self-Checkout lines were extremely long. Because I had a Pace bus to catch in 30 minutes and I wouldn't be out of the store by then, I left with an employee the two items I placed in my cart and walked out of the store. When I got outside, I saw that the lines for gasoline were also extremely long! Yeah, never again will I visit a Sam's Club store on a weekend.
Hello, just want to share my Experience as a Semi driver. Recently i made delivery to this place it was water i had a appointment for 3pm I came at Noon right away people in the office said we have nobody to unload you right now, but we will have at 3pm, 3pm came nothing I waited for 30min Walmart truck pulled in , the black guy from Office told me to move from the door or i will be rejected, because Walmart trucks are priority, i think he is supervisor in this store , i told him that i been sitting here for 3:30hrs , he said I DON’T CARE EITHER YOU MOVE FROM THE DOOR OR I DON’T UNLOAD YOU AT ALL. So yes it’s almost 5pm i am still sitting waiting to be unloaded. PLEASE DON’T DO ANY DELIVERIES TO THIS PLACE ! And this guy has to be fired right away.
Wooow soooo beautiful and diverse,, nothing like Sam's club I bought a new mattress I hope it will be the same as deceleration.. and enjoying my night... All the time this place impressed me .. I like the pharmacy section it's really affordable and offers only in Sam's club.. The chocolate section is nice... My tiny feedback is about the cashier they are not trained very well and not knowledgeable
My shopping experience was good. They didn't have a couple of items I wanted. The associate who helped me at the register was nice I really appreciated her helping me promptly and not having an attitude like most of them. I didn't get her name, but I'm thankful for her help.
I like going because it's different stuff than Costco. But also their prices are genuinely insane and uneconomical. Also the location is terrible. Far too busy. And hate their door policy. Checking receipts and items is a bit extra. Makes me feel like I did something wrong, and probably why I don't go often.
Curb side pickup is EVERYTHING! The ladies & gentlemen that have brought out my items are always so polite. I love being able to do all my shopping in he app & pickup the next morning. The store is of course like all Sam’s Club stores layout wise, and quite clean.
A whole lot of options here but you need a membership card to buy things here. This place is good for bulk purchase, I'm happy to see somethings have been looking for here. You can place an order for your cake, pick colors and pickup later. You may want to use the customer service checkout point, the self check-out queue is frustrating. I met one of the staff in the car park, the guy was helpful.
Worst sams club i have visited. Rude employees and terrible customer service. They kept my ID , because I needed help to log in to my account which they didn’t help either.all they said was call the number on your screen they’ll help you.And when I tried getting back my ID ,I called customer service for hrs and they didn’t once answer my calls . Tried other departments and all I got was “ I can’t help you with that” I live an hr away so I want to make sure they have it before driving that way. I also bought hotdogs and they said they didn’t have ketchup relish or mustard. It’s Sams club how can you not? Never going back there again, nasty experience.
They don't care about anyone stealing. You bring it to attention to staff and security and you get shoulder shrugging. Not one of those employees should ever complain when they shop in a store that prices are high.
It's crowded. There are always really long lines. If you get there early enough or use the app to check out, it's not bad.
