Had a very bad experience at this location. Got a follow up call from the club manager & had a great conversation with him. Club has always been very well managed. So I was glad to get a follow up call regarding my issues. Left a bad review but after receiving such productive phone call, I felt compelled to have to change my review to 5 Stars. Only one bad experience which is ok, it happens. What matters is the follow up.
My scan and go app not working and then self checkout was cash only but only found out after scanned everything. 3 times and finally checked out. Had great stuff but the check out was frustrating
Bought earrings from the jewelry counter. The service was exceptional! I had questions and the associates had all of the answers!!
Need better pick up service. Apps don't always work or have. No phone number shown in pick up area. If you call store, No One Picks Up! Twice I had to park car & go find someone. Today manager & assistant came and helped.
Well stocked. Good to get bulk items at wholesale cost.
This place is a joke neeko the store “manager” how ever you spell his goofy name is a total reject that got put in this location because it’s the only location in these parts where he sort of fits in…. Steve the fresh manager isn’t much better he trash talks neeko non stop even over the phone then again in person… Racism isn’t cool Steve it’s 2023!!! Maybe you are so hard to reach because you’re at a klan meeting? Then trying to be around all that tension sucks because neeko seems to hate Steve also which if he’s heard the rumors I get it. What a joke! It’s like a secret war of whispering behind closed doors they have going on. Make the drive to beavercreek! Way better environment! I never did get my issues resolved because out of the 40 or more calls I made I got Steve on the phone once and I talked to neeko in person once.
This was my first visit. It's a nice clean store. The employees are very nice as well. I found that it's pretty much a Walmart, but on a bigger scale. This was the intention, I'm sure. I happened to go with my parents. They really liked it as well. They managed to find lots of good buys. If I made more money, I would go there all the time. On my budget, I have to stick to purchases on a smaller scale. Of course, if you've got the money, then Sam's is a very good choice. The single items like books, clothes and electronics are all the same prices as you'd find at Walmart. If you've got a big family or just prefer buying in bulk, I would only recommend this place. When I went to Costco it was really weird and I got bad vibes. They weren't helpful and they all acted like emotionless aliens. So go here instead of there.
Was stocked up. Friendly customer because I just signed up for a Sam's card, clean , very pleased
Last 2 pick ups, they've been over an hour late, and this last time, even though they had the item, they said it was so far back that it was difficult to get to. If you can't have an order ready when accepted, then don't offer that time as being open.
Love buying in bulk! Always find pretty much everything I need, BUT prices are not always "cheaper," so just compare if you're going in for savings!
