Absolutely the best Sam's club I've ever been in. I'm pretty sure the Sam's club that I go to gets the leftovers from this one. Went in expecting to spend a hundred bucks on some chicken wings and steaks and $700 later and packing the truck full of stuff. It was really fun, the store super clean, there are some great quality items in the store, and a lot of things you would never expect to see. I like how every now and again there was a really cool item in a little nook and cranny. Also they have the best clothing and I bought 6 shirts and four pairs of shorts. Really good quality lightweight sportswear. I really liked the Greg Norman items.
It is well stocked, well maintained, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Over a variety of products. Definitely a place to buy your bulk items. The prices have definitely went up...
Please like & share our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. From the moment I entered, was greeted with a smile. Was attempting to shop some deals on Ziploc, Bounty, and Cottonelle. Did not have an Instant Savings booklet. Asked customer service at the desk. They did not have any on hand amd instructed me on how to see them with the app. Downloaded the Sams Club app for the specials. When checking out, I noticed that they were not showing up as in store deals. I would have to have it scheduled for pickup the next day OR delivered. Asked another employee for guidance and she showed me how to get such deals using the scan'n go function. At checkout I had a gift card that I could not use for scan n go orders. Another employee by the name of Patrick gave me the advice of using scan n go for my savings deals and then a gift card at a register for the remaining. Brilliant! While Patrick was assisting me another customer seemed to need help and interrupted us rudely. He had just finished sharing my options and didn't seem bothered by the rude guy at check out. He was all smiles. Honestly, any other person would be annoyed but he continued to smile and help customers. Patrick's smile and courteous professionalism could end world wars. As a newbie to shopping at Sam's and using the app, it was amazing to have that level of assistance throughout the store. This is a true reflection of great management. Will definitely, definitely be back. Also noticed that Sam's gas prices are lower than Buccee's prices as well. Just a lil FYI. Thanks to all for the pleasant experience! *Don't forget to get a rotisserie chicken...my word! That was some of the most juicy, tender chicken ever...
I was a complimentary member on my Mother's card. She did not intend to renew, had turned off the automatic renewal option, had no current credit card on file and so we thought we were safe. Not so. I could not believe my eyes when I looked at my bank account and saw that Sam's club had looked through my recent purchase remember it's not my account it's my mothers and took MY credit card number and renewed HER account with MY card. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get my money back and was finally given an email stating my money was to be refunded in 8 to 10 days. 11 days pass with no money.. Spend another hour or two on the phone with all assurances I just had to wait longer but I demanded to speak with a supervisor. She was great, she found that what they sent me was an empty email, meaning they SAID they instituted a refund, but they did NOT, they had done nothing but sent me the email. So she started an actual refund for me and I get another email saying I now have to wait 10 to 15 days to get my money back. I WILL NEVER set foot in a Sam's Club ever again. So my message is complimentary members BEWARE, you may think you are getting a free ride but they and they told me it is legal will zip money out of your bank account if they can't get it out of the members account. UNBELIVABLE!!
I’m writing this review for the cafe specifically. I have on numerous occasions, over several months, and at different times called their cafe. Never once have I gotten a response. My calls have gotten automatically ended four times, I tried customer service who sent me to the cafe line and no pick up. On one notable occasion I called back to back for over an hour before I finally gave up. The rest of the store could be nice for all I know but if your thinking of calling ahead you’d be better served to go somewhere else.
Usually stocked but I recommend getting the plus membership so you can shop the early hours with less crowds. Otherwise the scan and go is flawless. Walmart should have their scan and go the same. Update 1/18/23: went in this morning around 8 am and it was nice and empty. I use my scan and go so never worry about lines but it's always nice to find a close parking spot.
Overwhelming!! Full of everything you might need. Made me feel like a child at Holiday time. Some prices were great but yet there was some products can be purchased at Aldi 's for less. If you never have been at Sam's it is worth a visit.
The manager named Canyon is so charismatic and a true gentleman. Whenever I arrive to the club I look to see if he is available. It’s nice to see that Sam’s continues to hire amazing staff and management. This is why the Daytona Club is so exciting to visit! This is his picture that he gave me permission to use for this review.
Download the app. Before getting there! You're gonna need it to get in the door and get gas. Also, they have no bags and you may need a cooler for dairy and meat. I scouted the website before going as well. Happy stocking up!
Make sure you open the TV box there when you buy it. Mine had a different cheap TV in it instead and took 2 hours for the return that I almost didn't get my money back for. Yes the box had the secure straps on it too.
