This place has sadly gone downhill. You call in prescriptions, go to pick them up, then they tell you they have no idea what you’re talking about and that you haven’t had refills in months which you have. Then they go back and say you’re right after you’ve argued with them that you in fact have had refills just 30 days prior. This is a very common issue I’ve dealt with multiple times at this location. I’m getting really tired of this. I am a very understanding person, but after multiple times of this happening I’m done. Going somewhere else.

My husband and I have both been on the same meds for a year now. This place never has those 2 meds in stock and have to order each month. Calling in a prescription is worthless, as you still have to wait 29 minutes for it to be filled! We have tried for 2 weeks to get my daughters medicine filled. Each time, they say they have sent a request to her Dr and have no response. Her Dr office says they have never received anything from them. Simply WORTHLESS.

I have been using Sam's since 2006. I have ALWAYS received kind, helpful, informative service.

Received both of my Covid vaccines here. Those working were kind and professional despite seeming busy. During both visits I felt totally comfortable. They've got a simple set-up, and the guy who administered the shots made space for me to ask any questions I had.

I agree that it WAS a great pharmacy.  Now it is so slow and I have auto refill and should have been ready 5 days ago and had to make 2nd trip to pick it up. Now I am sitting in the drive through at 820 waiting for the lady to count the drawer so I pay with my credit card. I don't know what happened but they better fix it. The amount of time I have spent getting my meds this month i could have gone to Booneville faster.

My wife had an appointment for a covid vaccine which was confirmed by email. We took off work, drove an hour and they were rude and refused to give her one because "they ran out for the day." Mostakes happen, but they were incredibly unprofessional on multiple levels

A very nice shopping area. One of the nicest pharmacist. Nice people to help you.

I feel lucky to have such a great pharmacy in such a small town. Cortney is great at providing education and making suggestions that make sense. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. And Sam has been really kind and helpful.

Drove an hour to get my covid vaccine only to be told that they were done for the day. No one called to let me know. No explanation as to what had happened. To top it off several people working there were not wearing masks.

Its a great store,pharmacy.  Im not gonna call it a small place. its great staff they have from top to bottom that makes it a big place to me. They care of all mine and my wives medication. Thank you Sams team
