Our driver went above and beyond for us when we broke down halfway between Bend and Burns. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Then, when we got into town, he stayed with us until he was sure we had all the local contact information we could possibly need. He never rushed us and kept offering extra help. Sam's Service also had a mechanic on hand who looked our car over for free and gave us advice on what to do next. In such a stressful time, we felt blessed to have Brad as our driver! A wonderful locally-owned business.
I called because my husband was having problems with his truck and said he needed a tow. The guy said he would come check it because it would be a lot cheaper instead of towing it. He showed up and fixed it for him. Great service, and I'm glad he wasn't just out for money and actually wanted to help us.
Very friendly and courteous customer service. They not only filled my gas tank but cleaned my windshield while I was waiting!
Absolutely wonderful service. We ran out of diesel fuel in Buchanan 23 miles out of town. We called them after hours and they sent someone to deliver fuel to us. We were very thankful.
We spent a few days in the remote Oregon outback by visiting an old homestead site of my paternal great grandparents in Skull Springs and also in SE Oregon when we visited Frenchglen, Steens Mountain & Whitehorse Lake. Upon our return to civilization Burns our Suburban died while visiting the old pioneer Harney cemetery to check out a few ancestors. Brad was a GREST help in towing our rig back to town where my son bought the part and fixed the problem, with the help of borrowed tools! We made a couple of cool connections basketball in Grants Pass, OR and Church affiliation. I highly recommend Sam's Service...they even wash windshields!
This company is amazing, I can't remember the guys name that I spoke with.. But I would like to point out that they are very helpful, and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend going with this company.

Gas attendant was very friendly and told us about the road in the direction we were headed. Sign said "Lowest Gas Price in Town" and it actually was!!
