Well personally this is not what I would expect my car to look like after the wash. I did get the lowest price wash - but I would expect that for a wash and dry I should get JUST THAT…. a WASH. Very un satisfied….. guess I’ll just stick with AutoBell who always makes sure it looks good before hanging it over. Definitely worth the extra $15
It has been over a week since this location took a large chunk of paint off of my cars roof. I still have not been able to reach customer service. If you value your paint job I would recommend going somewhere else.
Nope. It didn’t get my car clean. I tried the basic car wash for $6 and have spots on my front windshield, streaks on side windows, and marks still on the body that didn’t come off. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I think membership is a great deal, and my cars have never looked better. I do wish they would turn on the coffee machines or fix them if they're broken. It's part of the package and matters.
Only a couple negatives. 1st I wish they had towels to help dry your vehicle off. Second, it kind of bothers me that there is a person at the gate, that pushes the selections and takes your card. It's literally a foot away! It's supposed to be self service. Everything is easily accessible, I maybe could see if you have a question or something, But It annoys me at times. I often think, I could stop and get the car washed, then I think to myself about how annoyed I get when I cannot make the choices myself... sorry for the rant!! It is still a quick way to get your car cleaned!!

Really like Sam's Xpress car wash. Nice new clean facility with easy access to vacuums and wash alike! The service is great although it's so simple you hardly need the service but the whole team does a great job with smiling faces. Love their unlimited monthly wash plan! Big fan of that :-
Exterior wash looked perfect, strong vacuums to use as long as needed. Both included in the basic 7.00 option.
So-so car wash, must buy at least deluxe to get anything starting to clean. BUT WATCH OUT... THIS WILL BEAT UP YOUR CAR! Have tried it several times and about every other time had some problem. Ran wives new SUV and it ripped the rear windshield blade off, didn't realize until a week later when it rained. Lucky we have a plan with Ford and they fixed it for free. Have had a few issues with my Kia Soul... Not cleaning well, knocking loose a side light, but this last time it scratches the paint in 2 spots badly see photos. Though the manager Artie was pleasant they will not cover repairs. STAY AWY FROM THIS Wash!
Never been to Sam's before. It was kinda fun. You pull in, select your service from the kiosk and pay. Your gate opens and you drive trough the prep area where your rims get hosed off and treated and your ride gets a spray down. You.go forward in line then you get the back cleaned off and a pre-treat before the wash. You then move down the line into the wash center itself. The soap and rinse areas are different colors. The soap and water aren't colored. Its just colored lights but our soap was purple and yellow. The rinse was blue and red. It was fun. Once you get a wash, use of the vacuums is free. There are attendants who will give you a towel coated with something similar to Armor-All to wipe down your dash and such. For the money, you can't beat it. I got the 18 dollar premium wash. Totally worth. Totally will go again.
