Samuel B. Segar, Jr., Chairman - With over 55 years experience in the business. Mr. Segar's past affiliations includes 11 years with Goodman, Segar, Hogan, Inc., 16 years with Harvery Lindsay Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Segar was an officer of both corporations. In addition, Mr. Segar served as President of the local Board of Realtors, Chairman of its Professional Standards Committee, President of the Virginia Association of Realtors, and was a "Realtor of the Year" in 1983. Mr. Segar holds a CCIM designation (now in "retired" status) and is also a retired member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). On February 26, 2009, Mr. Segar received the "Person of the Year" award from the Commercial Real Estate Council for his contributions and dedication to the commercial real estate community. Mr. Segar is a lifelong resident of the Tidewater Area and he received his B.A. degree from Virginia Military Institute.
Martin S. Welsh, President & Partner - Joined after active duty in the United States Army, where he served as commanding officer of a nuclear missile site in Europe. In his 25 years with the firm, he has always been the leader in sales volume. He has achieved recognition for this success in real estate sales by being selected by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Hampton Roads Awards Committee as both a Gold and Silver recipient for commercial sales volume in the Hampton Roads area. Mr. Welsh holds a CCIM designation granted by the Commercial Investment Council of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Welsh is also a lifelong resident of the Tidewater Area and he also received his B.A. degree from Virginia Military Institute.
Bryan K. Gilpin - joined Sam Segar & Associates, Inc. in 1988. Mr. Gilpin specializes in tenant representation of national franchises, and office leasing. Additionally, he has worked extensively with the sales of investment properties in the Hampton Roads Area. He was a Board of Directors member of the Commercial Real Estate Council.
Frank P. Thomas, III - lifelong resident of the Tidewater area and was a principal for 20 years in Frank Thomas Co., an old-line Norfolk men's haberdashery. Mr. Thomas has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and joined Sam Segar & Associates, Inc. in 2001. He has achieved recognition for success in real estate sales and leasing by being selected by the Commercial Real Estate Council as both a Gold and Silver recipient for commercial sales and leasing volume in the Tidewater area. In addition to commercial sales and leasing, he has managed a number of commercial property portfolios.
Deborah Paige, Chief Financial Officer - has been with the company since November of 1997 as an Administrator. She was made Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Corporation in April 2005. A lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Deb's vast knowledge base and ability to think outside the box has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
Amanda Houff, Administrative Assistant, Property Management Assistant and Accounting Clerk - joined the firm in May of 2008 after a semester in law school and over two years with Ripley Heatwole Company. She moved to Virginia Beach in June of 2005 after receiving a B.A. from Virginia Tech in Consumer Studies, and is originally from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Amanda's background experience and education, along with her strong mathematics and people skills, have helped her become a "jack-of-all-trades" around the office.
Karter Rivera, Intern for Summer of 2011 - Student at Virginia Military Institute, class of 2012 and is an Economics and Business Major.

Denbigh Professional Park - A 4 building office park in Newport News, Virginia totaling 40,042 sq ft. It is 77% leased.
Levin Portfolio - Managing 30 different properties for Mr. Levin since May of 2008.
