I regularly represent persons throughout Central Illinois in defense of all types of felony charges, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses. My defense experience is myriad, and ranges from theft all that way up to first degree murder. Representation does not stop at the trial; however, I also advocate for clients on appeal at the district level and before the Illinois Supreme Court.
Additionally, besides criminal defense, I counsel individuals on a variety of immigration issues, including naturalization applications, adjustment of status, green card renewal, and U visa petitions.
