I got married in June 2018 in London. After trying on 150+ gowns in London, Tel Aviv and New York I magically wandered into Samantha's studio in Brooklyn at the end of a long and unsuccessful dress-hunting day to find the most talented, creative, calm, expressive, open-minded and soulful woman. She designed my absolute dream-dress and worked painstakingly for hours to make it exactly what I wanted, even sewing dozens of silk flowers onto my veil and hand-embroidering European lace on the linen! It fit perfectly and was as wonderful as Samantha herself. This designer is a dream and she is bound to be internationally recognised in the not too distant future, world-class. THANK YOU!
Designing a dress with Samantha for my wedding was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. Not only is Samantha incredibly talented and professional, she is also attentive to every detail of the dress-making process, available, proactive, and just so experienced at making your vision come fully to fruition! The process itself was amazing since working with her is such a pleasure, and the results even better! She sources only the best quality materials with an eye for sustainability and her knowledge of gown construction and textiles is of another level. You can talk with her about your budget and she will make the best of it. Do not doubt this decision for a second, having a dress by Samantha is the way to go for any special occasion, especially for your wedding!!!
I can't give enough stars for the experience/final product. Truly a labor of love. My dress is a masterpiece that I wish I could wear all the time. I shopped a lot 100s of dresses before I found Samantha Sleeper, and as soon as our consultation was over, I knew I found my dress / designer. I could never imagine doing my wedding dress any other way. Extremely easy to work with, very creative, insane quality. The fabrics were PERFECT. Attention to detail was out of this world. She really understood my style / body shape and made suggestions that were so on point and perfect for me. I wanted a dress with detachable elements and she created something better than I dreamed. Cannot more highly recommend SS.
For any bride looking for a unique, customized and truly artistic experience - I highly recommend working with Samantha. I got married in August of 2018 and worked with Samantha on two custom gowns one for my ceremony and one for my reception. Samantha worked diligently to bring both dresses to life and was incredibly patient with me as I made changes along the way. She's hugely talented and will work with you to make sure your gown is exactly what you envision. I also really appreciate Samantha's commitment to sustainable fashion - something that is much needed in the space!

Working with Samantha was a dream come true. I got married September 2018 and began looking for dresses soon after my engagement in 2017. I looked for dresses across Chicago, Dallas and Denver, but nothing seemed to match my vision. I reached out to Samantha, an old friend from summer camp, to schedule a consultation and discuss the custom dress process. I didnt know what to expect, as I’ve never been married before, but she made any fantasies I’d had about my wedding dress come true. Samantha made the entire journey from visualization to creation of the dress completely magical. On top of the fact that she is an incredible designer and has a knack for intuitively knowing what you may want/need, she is also the most kind, patient, and creative person I know... no exaggeration. I highly highly recommend!

Beautiful person! Beautiful dresses! And accessories. Samantha is the best in the business. She had a beautiful studio in Brooklyn, when you're there you feel like you're in a magical feminine paradise. Samantha is reliable, fast and an expert at her craft. Would 100% recommend.
Sam is amazing. She took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and how to make it work. With sam there is no pressure ever. She truly wants her brides to be happy. Her sense of style is amazing and she has truly unique gowns. Every bride should do themselves a favor and pay a visit to Sam. You will NOT regret it!!!
