I have rented uhaul from this place and had a good experience. the onsite manager Andrew is very helpful and polite. He made the check-in check-out process very quick and also walked me through all the details.
Rented uhaul for few hours. Met Andrew , the manger , who explained everything in details, e.g price, insurance etc, when I pick up the car. When I returned it, he also explained to me the details of let charge so I don’t have to worry about anything. Would definitely come back!

The agent at Plateau Heated Storage was professional, helpful, and special bonus here very friendly to boot! She led us through a number of steps with ease. We ended up getting the perfect storage locker for a really reasonable price. Everyone in this transaction ended up totally happy — and in a great holiday mood. I, for one, am glad we decided to do business with Plateau Heated Storage; additionally, I’m overjoyed that the whole process was simple, relatively quick, and easy to understand. I recommend this local Sammamish-based business wholeheartedly!
Yasser is very helpful, accommodating to multiple requests for boxes and assistance with loading them, change of units, and adjustment as my needs changed in the middle of a massive move with downsizing. The units are clean, lighted and no extremes of temperature. The prices are reasonable and every person I have dealt with there is very pleasant. I recommend this storage facility for anyone in the area that needs space to manage their belongings.
After moving during blizzards, minus temperatures and covid the last thing we needed was a challenge with storage. Of course we had one! Not here, somewhere else. Yasser did a great job of getting us setup as someone had moved early and everything worked out. The unit was clean and ready to go. The only issues that I encountered was the rental trucks being in the way while trying to navigate the area other than that it was all good.
Front staff is friendly, attentive, and informed. Unit has climate control, is clean, and has lights. There is always plenty of carts to move your stuff. The downsides which I have not removed a star for because it is outside the control of the staff.. A lot of Sammamish residents are rude, and most of the residents who use this storage facility are no exception. Multiple times when we showed up to remove items from our unit, another renter was using both spots in front of the main doors, backing their moving truck up so close to the doors that it was hard to navigate around. Then once inside the building there were items scattered everywhere in the lobby, multiple carts loaded up with stuff that was not attended to, and the elevators being tied up for 10-15M at a time. Again, I haven't deducted a star from this review for this behavior as it's not staff's responsibility to police the behavior of it's renters. But, it is something to be aware of when choosing to rent a storage unit in a multi-level building with one elevator and lobby for access.
