For a Sam's, this place is horrible compared to others. Showed up 1150am for 1pm appointment. Didn't get a dock until 1pm and now it's going on 3pm and I'm still here. Note I only had 4 pallets to come off. This is beyond unacceptable. Not to mention backing may be slightly difficult for an inexperienced driver cause the docks are fairly tight together.
I give this place a -0. I will never come back. What's the point of having appointment if you have to set there for hrs. When I mean hrs , more then 8hrs. BE PERPERED TO Spend YOUR HOLE DAY THERE.
They have the one entrance for multiple deliveries so READ the signs. Arrived at 1100 for my 1230 appt. Very very nice personnel In security. They Explained the procedures well. Was empty at 1250. They don’t have dock locks/lights so you drop it etc.
Arrived a hour early yesterday Sunday for my 6.30 am delivery. Checked in fast got a door lots of room to maneuver and was empty in 1.5 hours Just be careful if you drop your trailer on the front side the rookies have a hard time and saw a guy leaving hit a trailer and was going to leave till I got his attention. Amazing
I checked in at 6:00 for 6:30 appointment and was immediately put in a door. At 8:05 the green light went on letting me know that the trailer was unloaded. It is now 10:45 and I still have not received a phone call letting me know that it is okay for me to take the trailer and that my paperwork is in the back of the trailer. At 9:53 I squeezed my hand in between the back of the trailer and the pading around the docking bay with my phone to take pictures of the inside of the trailer searching for my paperwork. I thought maybe the guy forgot to make the phone call. The paperwork was not there. My broker is going to want to know why he has to pay me for the excess of hours past the 2-hour limit and I don't know what to tell him
Appointment only no overnight parking take for ever to get a door I had another load for pick up but it’s canceled due too not coming on time
Just like always. This location is simply the worst ! 1 p.m appointment, got door at 2 p.m. 3 hours later and I'm still here. 6 pallets to unload
My appointment was for tomorrow morning but the nice guy changed to same day Ample of parking next to security booth #3 Bathrooms inside keep it clean
I arrived at 1:00pm for a 2:30pm appointment. I was immediately given a door. I was out by 2:30! Oh, the guard lady was awesome very nice and sweet and informative
A complete nightmare! Arrived at 9:15am for a 9:45 appt. was told no dock available and to wait out the way tell they call me. There is no where to park. Trucks piled in there all waiting for docks. Got so backed up that the exit was blocked and trucks where sitting in the streets. Cops ran away any driver in street. Didn’t get a door tell 11:30. Wasn’t unloaded tell after 2pm. Then took another 30 min just to get out because of the massive traffic jam of trucks.
