Called with some very simple questions about home owner insurance. Never received a call back. When I called back two weeks later I was routed to the same person, I was met with a very sour and dismissive attitude.

Great service. We were under time constraints and Brian was successful in meeting our short time frame. He negotiated a reduced premium amount when we thought the insurance company overstated our required coverage and recommended a slight modification to the application that met our needs.

I have been a client for over a decade and could not be happier. Massachusetts has many carriers and for that reason it's always best to have a local agent on your behalf. But you always wanna make sure you pick an agent who has several carriers. Jankowski Insurance has notified me when I should be changing on carriers based on pricing and coverage. Name another agency that is this proactive.
