The first time at this clinic with my kids I was not happy with the clinic staff, but Dr. Was really nice and he treated my kids very effectively, he cares about patients, that is my perception so far, but then I asked people in the waiting room and they all gave me very good references about the Dr. Many of them had being going to that clinic for many year so i decided not to move my kids from the clinic, i do not need to socialize with the staff but of course you expect a better service. As long as the Dr. Take good care of my kids i don't care about the rest.
Revised June 2018. This clinic is bad. No regard for your time and too many things not followed up on. One visit took 2 hours. Picking a different doctor. First visit was nice. Wait wasn't too long, doctor seem like he cared. Second visit wasn't so nice. It was a different doctor. They didn't have my test results and the doc was trying to tell me I'm borderline diabetes. He was trying to push medication on me and when I refused, he literally got up and left the room. He seemed pretty frustrated. Came back 5 minutes later to finish the auscultation. I don't like taking any meds that I don't really need, not sure why he got so upset. Are they getting commission on meds they prescribe? Didn't he get the memo that exercise and diet help avoid diabetes? He didn't even recommend exercise or diet, straight to meds and my blood sugar is fine. Neither of the doctors I saw were the one shown on the picture on this page...
Worst place ever!!! The doctor here pretty much gave me pills that could've practically killed me good thing I read up on the side effects on the pills and the doctor and his nurses are idiots!! Especially when you need help to talk to the doctor about your symptoms their always to busy to take you n plus the nurses are rude af and the doctor defends them when their n the wrong arguing with their patients instead of helping them it's like it's there way or no way so as for me this is one place I will report to the BBB give them a bad rating there and I give them a bad rating here also they don't even deserve stars! As crappy as this place is worst!! place! I've ever been to that's the straight! up! Truth! I doubt that amateur doctor knows wut the F! he's doing he's an idiot! Truth! Be! Told! The dumb ass just gives you pills that'll make you worse! Since I stopped taking the cholesterol pills he gave me which were making me feel even worse! I've been getting better and all I can say with the way they are here I'm surprised they don't get sued!!
This place is the worst!!!!! From nurses to doctors and environment!!! this doctor can care less about his patients! I would highly recommend for pregnant women to not go here!!! My sister has been going here since she's been pregnant and this "doctor" never told her she had a hernia until my sister went to a new one. Worst expiercince for her! Do not waste ur time on this place!!
The nurses are horrible at their job, they’re either rude or they don’t help you out! The waiting period to get attended is an hour or two. They make you wait over an hour just to notify you that your appointment isn’t that day. Walk ins are not welcomed!!! Dr’s are nice. Horrible staff
This place is not a Medical Clinic. The place, nurses and doctor are too far to be professionals. They can take 2 hours or more to attend every patient even with appointment. Don’t waste your time and also This place doesn’t value any penny. Health and life is important to put it in wrong hands.
Dr McMillan and staff are great and caring. They're unprofessional when it comes to referrals and keeping up to date. Youd have to call them if not youd be waiting for forever. They need more people so we wouldnt have to be waiting on one person for results or information.
Worst worst doctors specially mcmillan, i went there many times,always long faces, bad attitude, a few nurses cool but old nurses not always mad i dont know why they still there , he forgot sametimes that people need help, terrible doctor,mcmillan never help always complain i feel sorry for those people who still going there. PS DONT GO ANYMORE THERE PLEASE.

Poor service..I don't see the point of having a appointment if the take other people first ..they have you waiting for ever ....really bad service...
